★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση που έχω συναντήσει ποτέ. Έστειλα e-mail για πληροφορίες, τίποτα. Πήρα 3 τηλέφωνα και κάθε φορά μου είπαν "θα σας πάρει η κοπέλα να σας δώσει πληροφορίες". Όσο είδατε εσείς το τηλεφώνημα άλλο τόσο το είδα και εγώ. Προφανώς δεν ενδιαφέρονται για νέους πελάτες.
The worst service I have ever encountered. I emailed for information, nothing. I got 3 calls and each time they told me "the girl will take you to give you information". The more you saw the phone call, the more I saw it. Obviously not interested in new customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν έχω κάποιο παράπονο από το Kosmesis και το προσωπικό του φοβερό, το επέλεξα για να συνεχίσω την λέιζερ αποτρίχωση μου επειδή έχουν ένα πολύ καλό μηχάνημα το Soprano titanium απλά είχαμε πει άλλη τιμή στην αρχή, τελικά η τιμή αυξήθηκε στο επόμενο ραντεβού και δεν υπάρχει λόγος να πληρώνεις 200 ευρώ + για αποτρίχωση. Θα ήθελα να υπήρχε λίγο κατανόηση και όχι μια απλή δικαιολογία για το ρεύμα.
I do not have any complaints from Kosmesis and its staff awesome, I chose it to continue my laser hair removal because they have a very good machine the Soprano titanium we just said another price at the beginning, finally the price increased to the next appointment and there is no reason to pay 200 euros + for hair removal. I wish there was a little understanding and not a simple excuse for electricity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for the service, facility, equipment and technologies but most importantly for the honest treatment and recommendations I received from Dr. Rodopoulou. I wasn’t new to aesthetic treatments, she was the first Doctor who told me what is actually needed rather than selling me unnecessary expensive treatments. Absolutely everything recommended by her worked magic on my skin. Pigmentation treatment is magic. Highly recommend.
