★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across Kosmima yesterday with my boyfriend when we did our first trip to the city centre. I immediately saw the beautiful jewellery when we walked by. The very friendly staff patiently let me try on and have a look at all the pieces. It took so much time for me to decide which pieces to take because everything was so lovely. The very nice blonde shop assistant (unfortunately I do not know her name) did an awesome job by showing me which items would match and so on. When I finally decided to buy a ring, a necklace and earrings I asked if they had another exemplar of the necklace because I did not like the spot on the stone they also arranged for me to receive a new one. They were extremely friendly and polite all the time although I know I am probably a very annoying customer because it takes so much time for me to finally decide for something. :-)
All in all - the jewellery they have is absolutely stunning and the staff is great! I highly recommend this shop (I am afraid I will visit 1-10 times more before we leave :-D)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unfair! I bought this earings at Kosmima Heraklion, and look how they arrived! They were supposed to be a gift for someone special... I don't know how it happened, I even tried them before I paid the vendor for them, then she packed them... but this definitely doesn't leave a good impression of their jewellery work, what a shame! Be careful if you buy there, check your package right after you received it.
