★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καθυστερηση και κακη συμπεριφορα. Χειροτερη εξυπηρετηση δεν εχω συναντησει. Δεν παρεδωσε τα πραγματα ολα μαζι, δεν κρατησε καν τις συμφωνημενες ημερομηνιες.
Delay and bad behavior. Worst service I have not come across. He didn't deliver things all together, he didn't even keep the agreed dates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αντί επαγγελματίες. Αγοράσαμε αρκετές συσκευές να υποστηρίξουν το μαγαζί κ την περιοχή κ θα αγοραζαμε κ άλλες λόγω ανακαίνισης. Το κλιματιστικό μας το τοποθέτησαν ακριβώς κάτω από το παράθυρο στον 1ο όροφο.. Σε άλλο σημείο από αυτό που είπαμε γιατί δεν γινόταν σε άλλη μεριά μας είπαν λόγω των υγρών του κλιματιστικόυ.Οταν τους είπα ότι δεν ήταν ωραίο λόγω παραθύρου κ τους ζήτησα να το αλλάξουν μας είπαν ότι ήθελαν 50 ευρώ κ ότι δεν τους το είπαμε. Μετά τα υγρά δεν είχαν θέμα αν έπαιρναν τα 50€?. Τις υπόλοιπες συσκευές μου τις παρήγγειλα από Αθήνα κ με δωρεάν μεταφορικά κ μου άλλαξαν το κλιματιστικό ΔΩΡΕΑΝ. Media markt κ Κωτσοβολο κ ειμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη.
Instead of professionals. We bought several devices to support the store and the area and we would buy others due to renovation. Our air conditioner was placed just below the window on the 1st floor. Elsewhere than what we said because it could not be done on the other side we were told because of the air conditioner fluids. When I told them it was not nice because of the window and I asked them to They told us that they wanted 50 euros and that we did not tell them. After the liquids, it did not matter if they got the 50 € ?. I ordered the rest of my appliances from Athens with free shipping and they changed my air conditioner for FREE. Media markt Mr. Kotsovolos and I am very happy.
