N	Nikos Kontras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 communication form, 2 emails and 4 phone calls later for which I mostly made contact (they called once and answered an email once), talking to 2 different people for one piece of plexiglass to cover a bird feeder, I still don't have an answer. I actually don't want it anymore now, after such indifference on their behalf. First communication was through the communication form on their site on January 2022. After a phone call to see why I had no response they told me that no matter the site notice that the form was submitted successfully, it just doesn't work. They advised me to send an email. I did on the 2nd of February 2022. They replied after a phone call I made, that I should send them a small draft design of what I need and after I did on the same date, I had no response whatsoever. The date I am writing this review is 2/3/2022. If there was a worst customer care award in my life, you'd be in the top three.
