★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Joanna was extremely friendly and great at offering advice on what we should see while on the Island. The flat was cleaned daily, and it is situated a few minutes away from multiple beaches, and a bus if you want to explore more of Paros..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The hospitality of Kostas and Joanna and how welcoming they were, always helpful with things to do around the island, as well as tips and recommendations for great places to see and eat! The room was perfect and cleaned everyday, equipped with a kitchen which we made breakfast every morning. Totally loved the location, it was walking distance to the beach and piso livadi, and easily accessible by bus. They also helped us to call bike rental companies and helped to arrange for us a place to rent a motorcycle! Loved everything about our stay and about this place!!!. Negative: Nothing!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: This is a gem of a property. Firstly the room itself was very spacious with a double bed and 2 single beds with a separation in between. The room was exactly as per the pictures very modern and spacious. It was spotless clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. We had a balcony on the back of the room which got the morning sun and front of the room which got the evening sun and lovely view of the sea. It is walking distance to 4 beaches, the super market and bakery and easily in reach of Piso Livadi harbour also. Logaras beach is approx 3 mins walk. Lots of parking onsite. We would definitely stay again. Our host was very pleasant and helpful. He allowed us to check in early morning. He also saw us walking to the super market and insisted on driving us up, waited for us and drive us back. Extremely friendly host and really lovely stay.. Negative: One tiny thing, we could have done with a chopping board. Everything else was provided in the kitchen..

Piso Livadi: very nice village, not so crowded, lot of nice restaurants and tavernas, very good large beach.
The Kostas and Joanna studios: nice location just 2 min walking to beach. The studios are very clean, housekeeping service every day, owners are super cool and friendly.
Nothing to complain at all, everything was amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located close to the lovely logaras beach and it's good facilities, very friendly and helpful owners who gave us good advice on places to view and places to eat. It's set on a nice quiet area and cleaning is daily, perhaps a kettle could be added to the kitchen tools and also a chopping board.
