Μου έκανε εντύπωση (εννοείται θετική) ότι εν όψη click away και ενώ είχαμε ορισει ραντεβού για παράδοση με κάλεσαν να μου πουν ότι το ένα κόσμημα που είχα παραγγείλει είχε ένα μικρό ελαττώμα και θα ήθελαν να κανονίσουμε αλλη μέρα το ραντεβού μας για να το αντικατάστησουν. Η κυρία που επικοινωνήσε μαζί μου ήταν πολύ ευγενική. Χίλια μπράβο που ενω θα μπορούσατε να μου παραδώσετε ένα ελαττωματικο προϊόν επιλέξατε να κάνετε αυτή την αλλαγή σε μια περίοδο σίγουρα βεβαριμενη για εσας. Σίγουρα θα συνεχίσω να αγοράζω κοσμήματα από εσάς κυρίως γιατί δεν σας νοιάζει απλώς να πουλάτε αλλά να το κάνετε σωστά ? Το συστήνω με κλειστά μάτια! Όταν θέλω να κάνω ένα δώρο της τελευταίας στιγμής, είναι το πρώτο κατάστημα που επισκέπτομαι! Εϊναι πάρα πολύ ευγενικές και εξυπηρετικές οι κοπέλες του καταστήματος. Η εξυπηρέτηση φτάνει σε άλλο επίπεδο, παρά τον αυξημένο όγκο παραγγελιών που μπορεί να έχουν πχ Black Friday. Χρειάστηκε να επιστρέψω ένα κόσμημα γιατί έλειπε μια πέτρα και αμέσως μου το επισκεύασαν καθώς λέει δίνουν εγγύηση για 6 μήνες. Από άλλα καταστήματα με παρόμοια κοσμήματα που ψωνίζω μου επιδιόρθωσαν το κόσμημα επ αμοιβή.
