★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το αρτοποιείο είναι εξαιρετικά καλό. Πραγματικά όλα τα ποιήματα άρτου και ζύμης, είναι πολύ καλής ποιότητας και γεύσης, όχι όλα όμως. Πρέπει να δοκιμάσεις και να κατασταλάξεις ποιο σου αρέσει πιο πολύ. Και από το ίδιο αν πάρεις, μερικές φορές δεν βγαίνει η ίδια ζύμη και γεύση! Αρχικά εκνευριζόμουν να καθήσω στην ουρά για να πάρω ένα ψωμί. Για πολύ καιρό αντιτασσόμουν στην ιδέα αυτή. Όταν όμως μου έδωσαν μια μπουκιά κάποτε, κατάλαβα ότι έπρεπε να τους δοκιμάσω. Έκτοτε είμαι ευχαριστημένος με ότι παίρνω από εκεί, πλην ελαχίστων περιπτώσεων όπως π.χ. η τσιαμπάτα τους δεν τους βγαίνει μερικές φορές η ζύμη, είτε δεν φούσκωσε πολύ, ή στο σάντουϊτς το ψωμάκι δεν ήταν κρίσπι όσο θα έπρεπε κλπ. Αλλά 8 στις 10 φορές αυτό που αγόρασα, ήταν αυτό που περίμενα. Με άριστα το 10 τους βάζω 7 με περιθώρια βελτίωσης. Επίσης να σημειώσω ότι και το προσωπικό είναι ευχάριστο και εξαιρετικό στην εξυπηρέτηση. Φυσικά και γνωρίζω και άλλο αρτοποιείο που μπορώ να πάρω πολύ καλό ψωμί, αλλά γενικά ο "Κωτούζας" (τι αστείο όνομα!) με καλύπτει.
The bakery is extremely good. Virtually all bread and dough poems are of very good quality and taste, but not all. You have to try and calm down which one you like best. And if you take the same, sometimes the same dough and taste do not come out! At first I was annoyed to sit in line to get some bread. For a long time I was opposed to this idea. But when they once gave me a bite, I realized I had to try them. Since then I am happy with what I get from there, except in a few cases such as e.g. their ciambata sometimes do not come out of the dough, or it did not swell much, or in the sandwich the bread was not crispy as it should be, etc. But 8 out of 10 times what I bought, was what I expected. With an excellent 10 I put 7 with margins for improvement. Also note that the staff is pleasant and excellent in service. Of course I know another bakery where I can get very good bread, but generally "Kotouzas" (what a funny name!) Covers me.
