Γιώργος είναι πολύ επικοινωνιακός και πάνω απ'όλα καλός άνθρωπος. Επίσης μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι και από την ποιότητα και από τις τιμές!! Τους συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!! We were very happy with the store in Kamatero. Great variety and fantastic service Mr. George is very communicative and above all a good person. Κορυφαία ποιότητα και ασύγκριτα καλύτερες τιμές σε σχέση με όλα όσα είχα δει. Αγόρασα πλακάκια, όλα τα είδη υγιεινής και τα αξεσουάρ! Υψηλής αισθητικής όλα! Είμαι απόλυτα ευχαριστημένη! Τιμές, ποιότητα, εξυπηρέτηση, χρόνοι παράδοσης. (καλό είναι οι παραγγελίες κυρίως στα πλακάκια μα γίνονται όσο το δυνατόν πιο γρήγορα γιατί υπάρχει αρκετός φόρτος εργασιών.) Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ κε Κοτρωνάκη γιατί η συμβολή σας στο να αποκτήσω το μπάνιο των ονείρων μου, ήταν καθοριστική! I went all over Athens to look for tiles! d	dimi3388 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κακή εξυπηρέτηση, κακή συνεννόηση. Αρχικά πήραμε πλακάκια από εκεί ήρθε 1 με 2 πακέτα με σπασμένα πλακάκια μας καθυστέρησε μία μέρα με τους μαστορους. Οκ μας τα αντικατέστησαν. Παραγγελία αξεσουάρ wc με προκαταβολη 50% την ίδια μέρα, απλή ερώτηση πότε θα παραλάβω, η απάντηση το πολύ 2 εβδομάδες κάνουν αυτά. Ενοχλώ στις 3 εβδομάδες μου λένε να το δούμε κ να σας πάρουμε, δεν παίρνουν ποτέ πίσω. Στον μήνα πάνω με παίρνουν ότι δεν υπάρχει κάποιος κωδικός που διάλεξα. Δεν πειράζει λέω το αντικαθιστώ με κάτι άλλο, μου λένε ωραία μέχρι την άλλη εβδομάδα θα είναι εδώ λέω πάρτε με να περάσω, φυσικά κ δεν με παίρνουν ποτέ. Ξαναενοχλω μετά από 2 εβδομάδες σχεδόν, μου λένε ακόμα έναν κωδικό ότι δεν τους έχουν φέρει με την υπόλοιπη παραγγελία μου κ ότι δεν το έχουν κ να το αντικαταστήσω κ αυτό! Λέω ναι να τελειώνουμε διάλεξα κάτι άλλο τους λέω όταν θα έρθουν όλα για να μην έρχομαι κ ξαναερχομαι καλέστε με να περάσω, ξανά κάνεις δεν με πήρε. Η υπομονή εξαντλήθηκε στους 2 μήνες και παραπάνω, πήγαμε στο κατάστημα να τα πάρουμε, και να ακούσουμε ότι εμείς εδώ τα είχαμε και σας είχαμε ενημερώσει! Poor service, poor communication. It does not matter I say I replace it with something else, they tell me fine until next week will be here I say take me to pass, of course and they never take me. I bother again after almost 2 weeks, they tell me another code that they have not brought them with the rest of my order and that they do not have it and I should replace it too! I say yes to finish, I chose something else, I tell them when everything will come so that I do not come and I come again, call me to pass, you do it again, it did not take me. The patience ran out in 2 months and more, we went to the store to get them, and to hear that we here had them and we had informed you!

M	Maria Malachati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πέρασα 19/03/2022 από το κατάστημα στο Καματερό, προκειμένου να δω πλακάκια. Με εξυπηρέτησε ο κος Σκορδούλιας. Όταν τον ρώτησα, τι εταιρείας είναι το πλακάκι, μου είπε πως είναι Marazzi και το εργοστάσιο είναι στη Βουλγαρία. Εκ των υστέρων και μετά από έρευνα που έκανα διαπίστωσα πως το εργοστάσιο στη Βουλγαρία είναι Kai και όχι Marazzi. Κάλεσα 22/03/2022 στο κατάστημα του Καματερού και απάντησε ο κος Σκορδούλιας. Χωρίς να συστηθώ τον ρώτησα απευθείας αν το κατάστημά τους, εμπορεύεται πλακάκια του οίκου Marazzi. Η πρώτη του απάντηση ήταν όχι. Δύο δευτερόλεπτα μετά, μου είπε "εκτός αν θέλετε κάτι συγκεκριμένο, οπότε το παραγγέλνουμε", μου ζήτησε ωστόσο να με καλέσει αυτός, διότι ήταν με κόσμο. Του είπα πως θα τον καλέσω εγώ και όντως τον κάλεσα λίγα λεπτά μετά. Έκανα την ίδια ερώτηση και πάλι και μου είπε πως δεν εμπορεύονται προϊόντα Marazzi. Όταν του συστήθηκα και τον ρώτησα γιατί σε εμένα λίγες ημέρες πριν, είπε τα πλακάκια είναι Marazzi, άρχισε τις δικαιολογίες ότι δεν μου είπε αυτό αλλά μου είπε ότι είναι του ομίλου Marazzi, μέλος του οποίου είναι και η εταρεία Kai που έχει εργοστάσιο στη Βουλγαρία. Αφενός γνωρίζω και θυμάμαι πολύ καλά και τι ρώτησα και τι απάντηση έλαβα, αφετέρου είναι αν μη τι άλλο απαράδεκτο να πουλάτε Kai για Marazzi. Το χειρότερο του ψέματος ήταν η συμπεριφορά του κου Σκορδούλια, η οποία ήταν εξόχως επιθετική και ειρωνική. Πέραν του ότι έχετε πωλητές που λένε ψέματα, πουλάτε βουλγάρικα προϊόντα για ιταλικά. Προσωπικά, θα σας δυσφημίσω όσο περισσότερο γίνεται και θα μεταφέρω το σκηνικό που μόλις περιέγραψα σε όποιον ξέρω και όποιον γνωρίσω. Λίγη ντροπή πρώτα και λίγος επαγγελματισμός έπειτα. I passed 19/03/2022 from the store in Kamatero, in order to see tiles. Mr. Skordoulias served me. When I asked him what company the tile is from, he told me it is Marazzi and the factory is in Bulgaria. Afterwards and after research I found out that the factory in Bulgaria is Kai and not Marazzi. I called 22/03/2022 at the Kamatero store and Mr. Skordoulias answered. Without introducing myself, I asked him directly if their store sells Marazzi tiles. His first answer was no. Two seconds later, he told me "unless you want something specific, then we order it", but he asked me to call him, because he was with people. I told him that I would call him and I did call him a few minutes later. I asked the same question again and he told me that they do not market Marazzi products. When I introduced myself to him and asked him why he told me a few days ago that the tiles were Marazzi, he started making excuses that he did not tell me that but told me that he belonged to the Marazzi group, of which Kai's company has a factory in Bulgaria. On the one hand I know and remember very well what I asked and what answer I received, on the other hand it is if nothing else unacceptable to sell Kai for Marazzi. The worst of the lie was Mr. Skordoulias' behavior, which was extremely aggressive and ironic. In addition to having sellers who lie, you sell Bulgarian products for Italian. Personally, I will defame you as much as possible and I will convey the scene I just described to anyone I know and anyone I know. A little shame first and a little professionalism then.

We had to search for someone to provide us with directions on where in the shop to look. After being left upstairs on our own, we went downstairs to again look for someone to help us only to find out that they do not really have almost anything in stock and their waiting times for any order are estimated to be over a month.
