★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συμπεριφέρθηκε με απόλυτο επαγγελματισμό και αξιοπιστία σε ότι και αν του ανατέθηκε να παρέμβει. Πιο συγκεκριμένα συνεργαστήκαμε για την ανακαίνιση ενός διαμερίσματος. Η εταιρεία του κ.Κοτσιά ανέλαβε τους ελαιοχρωματισμούς τόσο σε εσωτερικούς, όσο και σε εξωτερικούς τοίχους, υγρομόνωση, βάψιμο κάποιων γύψινων στοιχείων και επισκευή και βάψιμο γυψοσανίδων. Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι από το αποτέλεσμα. Το ιδιαίτερο χαρακτηριστικό που μας εντυπωσίασε ήταν ότι προσπάθησε ποικιλοτρόπως και διόρθωσε ατέλειες που δεν ήταν της αρμοδιότητας - ευθύνης του, προκειμένου να παραδοθεί το απόλυτα ποιοτικό αποτέλεσμα.

 He behaved with absolute professionalism and reliability in whatever he was assigned to intervene. More specifically, we worked together to renovate an apartment. Mr. Kotsias's company undertook the oil painting of both interior and exterior walls, waterproofing, painting of some plaster elements and repair and painting of plasterboard. We were completely satisfied with the result. The special feature that impressed us was that he tried in various ways and corrected imperfections that were not within his competence - responsibility, in order to deliver the absolutely quality result.
