So after speaking with the "management" of Kotsovolos they told us that they have no idea when anyone will come and that we should return the product back. What a service I must say. You are waiting for more than a week to be told that they cannot bring any technician and that we should return the product then. What a Joke this company is.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
The worst service I have ever seen. First the technician did not come to the scheduled appointment without any notice. Second nobody knows when and if the technician will come. Third they provide you with a phone number which nobody ever picks up. And fourth they promise you to call you back and they never will. Big Bravo to whoever is managing the Kotsovolos in Katerini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Implementing an automatic appointment scheduler, thus limiting the capability of customers to get directly in touch with technicians should require proper training of staff. I'm saying this because the technician never came to the scheduled appointment for installation and no one can tell me (neither customer service nor the store) what happened and when will be the next available date. Really disappointed - very unprofessional staff.
