 Good service, compliance with covid measures, parking, possibility of pre-ordering, after-sales support .... the prices could probably be better than what I see on the internet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολυ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοι υπάλληλοι με υπομονή και γνώση του αντικειμένου. Τους συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Στην γραμματεία ειδικά δυσκολα βρίσκεις τόση εξυπηρέτηση. Μπράβο.
Very polite and helpful employees with patience and knowledge of the subject. I highly recommend them. In the secretariat it is especially difficult to find so much service. Well done.

Και για να το εξειδικεύσω για να μην δημιουργούνται εντυπώσεις , να αναφέρω πως αν και κάτοικος Αιγίου κάνω τις αγορές μου από το κατάστημα Γλαύκου εδώ και 5 χρόνια γιατί 3 φορές υπάλληλος (γυναίκα) του Αιγίου δεν μου συμπεριφέρθηκε με τον ανάλογο σεβασμό. Οι αγορές μου ανέρχονται σήμερα σε πάνω από 15.000 ευρώ ως οικογένεια . Είμαι πελάτης μετρητοίς πάντα . Δεν θα καθίσω όμως να δώσω αναλυτική αναφορά . Αν δεν σας αρέσει η επιλογή μου αυτή , δεν έχω πρόβλημα να μην ξανααγοράσω από εσάς. Η αγορά είναι ελεύθερη και τα πολλά λόγια είναι φτώχεια .
Aigio unacceptable from the behavior of an employee. My purchases today amount to over 15,000 euros as a family. I am always a cash customer. But I will not sit down to give a detailed report. If you do not like my choice, I have no problem not buying from you again. The market is free and many words are poverty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is a bit difficult to get to; parking exists right in front of the store but is just poorly paved concrete which takes away from the otherwise stellar presentation of the store. On the inside it is perfectly fine, you'd forget you're on the outskirts of a provincial town, service is fine if a bit sassy at times but overall it's a great place to find something that you otherwise won't when far away from a big city.
