Ν	ΝΑΘΑΝΑΗΛ ΡΗΓΑΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ μέχρι σήμερα ειμουνα ευχαριστημένος από το κατάστημα σε σύγκριση με άλλα της ίδιας εταιρείας σήμερα απογοητευθηκα που επίμονα αρνί ταν να καταλάβουν και να δεχθούν ότι το σκούπακι της Hoover που είχε εγκυηση αντικατάστασης δεν είχε ισχύ να τραβήξει το παραμικρό σκουπιδακι και αρνήθηκαν να το συγκρίνουν με ένα άλλο κατώτερο από αυτό για να καταλάβουν τη διαφορά στην απορροφητική ικανότητα η να μιλήσουν με την Hoover για τειχον βλάβη. Επέμεναν ότι για αυτούς δουλεύει σωστά. Τους την αφεισα και εφειγα μιας και έμπλεξα με άσχετους εγωιστές που θεωρισαν ότι πειγα να τους ξεγελασω για να μου την αντικατάσταση να σκουπιζουν το κατάστημα τους. ΝΤΡΟΠΗ. Θα έπρεπε τουλάχιστον να συμβουλεύουν το τεχνικό τμήμα της Hoover για τη βλάβη. While until now I was happy with the store compared to others from the same company today I was disappointed that I stubbornly refused to understand and accept that the Hoover vacuum cleaner that had a replacement was not able to pull the slightest garbage and refused to compare it with a other than that to understand the difference in absorption capacity or to talk to Hoover about wall damage. They insisted that it worked well for them. I left it to them and I left because I got involved with irrelevant selfish people who thought that I said I was going to trick them to replace me by wiping their shop. SHAME. They should at least consult the Hoover technical department for the fault.
S	Sofia Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αφήνω εδώ την κριτική μου για την εταιρεία γενικά και όχι τόσο για το κατάστημα της Αλεξανδρούπολης. Έκανα τηλεφωνική παραγγελία πριν μια εβδομάδα, με διαβεβαίωσε η υπάλληλος στο τηλέφωνο ότι η παραγγελία μου θα είναι σήμερα στο κατάστημα της Αλεξανδρούπολης, όπως το ζήτησα. Εκτός του ότι μια εβδομάδα μετά ακόμα δεν ειδοποιήθηκα, μπαίνοντας να ελέγξω την εξέλιξη παραγγελίας είδα ότι αυτή καταχωρήθηκε να πάει σε κατάστημα της Αθήνας! Ειλικρινα, δεν ξέρω ποιος ευθύνεται για αυτό....και φυσικά θα πρέπει να περιμένω άλλες τόσες μέρες μέχρι να τακτοποιηθεί το ζήτημα. Απαράδεκτοι ... I leave here my criticism of the company in general and not so much of the Alexandroupolis store. After we try to buy other things and had to wait more than 30 minutes just to pay as they had a problem with one server. They haven’t been able to handle the situation or give a discount for the inconvenience.
