★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store well kept with some parking available. Prices i have seen have gotten more reasonable and you can find some good bargains on video games etc. The staff is ok but not very knowledgeable. I ordered Assassins Creed Rogue for Xbox One only 14.9€ not bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service at its best. After asking from a clerk to help us, no one showed up (and we waited for 1/2 an hour). We picked it up by ourselves and then at the counter, they couldn't find the promotion code. Another guy came to help us, we left the counter for somewhere else but (guess what) they sent us back to the counter. For a purchase that takes max. 10' we had to spent about 1 1/2 hours. I still blame myself for spending my money there.

As I said only 4 people ahead of me. Not 100 just 4. No one had more than 2 items. Either fix your procedures or get more people, especially during busy periods.
