★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They only had 1 vacuum cleaner ready to be taken out of the shop! All the others had a delivery date! What is the point if you don't have stock in store? Quite expensive as well with average service. Better to be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to wait 15 min for someone to come help us. The responsible person of the store, was only sitting at his desk, talking to clients coming to him.
More than half the store and any clients (like us) on the other side were ignored. Had to call the guy again and again to get someone from the staff to help us.
Also, we were prompted to wear a mask for covid-19 as compulsory , we went back to our car and got them, but after we realized the responsible person of the store had let all other clients in, without masks. Service has lots of room for improvement ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend this shop. We bought there ac, it had 2 years guarantee, exactly when 2 years past, it burn out. And cost of fixing same as to buy the new one. They should not working with the companies, that has problems. Even electronic items from Jumbo using much longer!!! Not going to buy from there anything else...

No comnunication
Rang out of the blue 8.30 this morning to say delivered in 2 hrs
Put our day on hold as didnt know they were coming
2pm and still waiting
Rang delivery driver back to ask when it would be delivered he said he didn't know they were busy
Told him his service was bad, he said I know
Probabaly the last time I order from kotsovolos
You can't get through to the store on the phone
