Be very cautious to avoid this type of surprise !

Many credits to a specific salesman named Ilias who apart from being polite and eager to assist you to take the right decision is also very competent on knowing technical details and specs which facilitates the decision making if your are not a newbie in high technology and gadgets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor poor experience they didnt even know if the guarantee for their products is valid for the same brand shop in cyprus. I waited 30 minutes in lines in 2 separate departments (after their instructions) just to find out they had no idea if the guarantee is valid or not..... one sales persons asking the other not involving the managerial personnel and not giving me a straight answe... poor poor experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience in my life don't ever buy products from this stores. We ordered And we payed 3 air-conditions with installation and the Air-conditions came After 20 days and then they told us we are sorry you need to book another appointment for installation that takes 15 days more something that no one told us when we paid. It is a shame and very unprofessional. I went to the store and we spoke with the manager, and the manager told us I am sorry I can't help you. Kotsovolos doesn't have any back up plan for emergency situations or something similar they didn't even told us we are sorry, here is our solution. They just told us, if you want you can cancel the installation and we will give the money back like a Coupon store not even real money back. But no worries we will not leave the situation like this and we will contact your legal department. Shame on you Kotsovolos.
