Να ξεκαθαρίσω ότι τα παιδιά στο κατάστημα της Δράμας είναι πολύ ευγενικά και εξυπηρετικά...η καταγγελία μου είναι στο τηλεφωνικό σύστημα του Κωτσόβολου που είναι απαρχαιωμένο!!! Κάθε κατάστημα πρέπει να έχει το δικό του νούμερο... έλεος πια με το ένα τηλεφωνικό κέντρο για όλη την Ελλάδα!!! UNACCEPTABLE ..... WE WANT TO GET A PHONE IN A STORE AND WE HAVE TO WAIT 1 HOUR ON THE PHONE .... THERE IS ONLY ONE PHONE CALLING ON SOMEONE TOLD YOU THAT THIS IS GOOD ... 2021 AND YOU WORK LIKE THAT ???? ARE YOU POOR !!!!! ..... PS. To clarify that the children in the store of Drama are very kind and helpful ... my complaint is in the telephone system of Kotsovolos which is outdated !!! Every store must have its own number ... mercy now with one call center for all of Greece !!!

Ζ	Ζoi Mandratzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επιεικώς απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά εξυπηρέτησης. Οι πωλητριες μάλλον έχουν μπερδευτεί για ποια είναι η θέση του πωλητή και τι σημαίνει ΠΕΛΑΤΗΣ. Συμπεριφορές αντιεπαγγελματικες, κομπλεξικες , κοινώς ανεπαρκής για την πώληση, αλλά και εν γένει ευγένεια στον πελάτη. Μάλλον θα πρέπει να ξαναδούνε μια καλή εκπαίδευση προσωπικού. Forgiving unacceptable service behavior. The saleswomen are probably confused about what the seller's position is and what CUSTOMER means. Unprofessional, complex behaviors, commonly insufficient for sale, but also general courtesy to the customer. They should probably reconsider good staff training.
a	andreas pektesoglou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπάρχει πρόβλημα με την συνεννόηση του καταστήματος με τα κεντρικά.Τα κεντρικά ζητάνε στοιχεία και χαρτιά τα οποία έχουν κατατεθεί στο κατάστημα της Δράμας,αποτέλεσμα η ταλαιπωρία του να πηγαίνεις και να ξαναπηγαινεις στο κατάστημα. Δεν ξέρω ποιος από τους δύο φταίει. Υ.Γ Ευγενική αντιμετώπιση από το κατάστημα της Δράμας There is a problem with the consultation of the store with the headquarters. Τι να πρωτοπρολάβει; Φυσικά και δεν αναφέρομαι στην κοπέλα διότι έκανε σωστά την δουλειά της αλλά ενώ το μαγαζί ήταν άδειο οι υπόλοιποι υπάλληλοι δεν έκαναν τίποτα έτσι ώστε να μην έχει ουρά στο ταμείο. Three funds but only one girl to serve even during the holidays. What to catch first? Of course I am not referring to the girl because she did her job properly but while the store was empty the other employees did nothing so that there is no queue at the cash register.
N	Nikoleta Georgiadou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγαμε δύο φορές πρωί και απόγευμα και σπατάλησαμε 2 ώρες για μια θήκη κινητού αξίας 10€ που την πρώτη φορά μας την έδωσαν λάθος (γιατί δεν ήξεραν που έχουν τα προϊόντα) και τη δεύτερη έκαναν μισή ώρα για την αλλαγή. Ζητήσαμε να μιλήσουμε με τον υπεύθυνο και ήρθε η υποδιευθυντρια, που ήταν δίπλα μας όλο αυτο το διάστημα αλλά μας αγνοούσε!! Αγαπητέ Κωτσοβολε μην απορείς γιατί δεν έχει πιάσει το κατάστημα της Δράμας!!! Η διοίκηση του είναι το λιγότερο ακατάλληλη, αδιάφορη και δεν έχει γνώση του αντικειμένου. Δεν ήξερε ολόκληρη υποδιευθυντρια να κάνει αλλαγή προϊόντος και να βοηθήσει την εκπαιδευομένη ταμία που την είχαν εκτεθειμένη ΜΟΝΗ της απόγευμα Σαββάτου!!! We went twice morning and afternoon and wasted two hours for a mobile worth 10 € holster our first time gave wrong (because they did not know they have the products) and the second about half an hour to change. We asked to speak with the manager and the Deputy came, which was next to us all this time, but ignored us !! Dear KOTSOVOLOS no wonder why it has not caught the Drama store !!! The administration is the least inappropriate, irrelevant and has no knowledge of the subject. He did not know the whole Deputy make product changes and help the trainee cashier who had exposed itself Saturday afternoon !!!
T	Tasos Tasos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι υπάλληλοι του καταστήματος ήταν εξαιρετικοί, ευγενικοί, υπομονετικότατοι, με ζήλο με βοήθησαν να βρω τις καλύτερες συσκευές για τα χρήματα που διέθετα και μου έλυσαν όλες τις απορίες, όσες φορές κι εάν επανέλαβα την ίδια ερώτηση. Η παραγγελία ήταν σύντομα έτοιμη και επειδή χρειάστηκε να καθυστερήσω την παράδοση, μόλις τους πήρα τηλέφωνο να μου στείλουν τα πράγματα, ήρθαν πολύ γρήγορα. Στις επιπλέον υπηρεσίες που πήρα, οι τεχνικοί ήρθαν στην ώρα τους, ήταν ευγενέστατοι και πολύ εξυπηρετικοί. Με δυο λόγια, σίγουρα θα επιλέξω τον Κοτσόβολο για μελλοντικές μου αγορές καθώς έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένος The employees of the store were excellent, polite, very patient, they diligently helped me find the best devices for the money I had and solved all my questions, no matter how many times I repeated the same question.
