I put off power, checked that it still stand sturdy and level.distributed the laundry inside and started over, It did jump again. I called Kotsovolos Kalamata on both phone numbers but the phone was not taken up. I called Kotsovolos Athens I informed about my problem and the line was disconnected. I tried again was put through to technical department and waited on hold 9 minutes and give up. I did make a complain by email and asked to take my machine back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff could have helped more. I have bought all my electric devices from Kotsovolos because it's one of the best companies in Greece. However most of it was bought online and I didn't need any help. Yesterday I visited Kotsovolos in Kalamata and I was interested in buying a robot vacuum cleaner. Because of the new technology I have asked some questions which were not responded and any further explanation was not given so that I can have a general Idea of how it works. Any recommendations too and no willing of helping... I was very disappointed and therefore forced to be further informed online or by visiting other online shops.
