I placed my orders on 27.11.20 and 01.12.20. One of the order came on10.12.20 (they promise delivery within 3-5 days!). They didn't open it directly (as they suppoused to do and they leave immediately). When we open it the product it was smashed from the top! We contact kotsovolos and send an email with photos next day in order to change it! During a week no call, no any info from them. And when we called them (every time you're waiting for 40 min) the answer was standart- "I made a note in the system, our college will contact you till 21.12. " There was no call from anyone! I wrote in the FB as well - nothing! So we called again - "don't worry, till Christmas we'll contact you." And it's already 05.01.21, still they are saying that they made a note in the system and someone will call us! The second product came only on 19.12.20. The connection suppose to be done during 1 day, and you know what? It's still in the box!!! I don't have an idea if the product is in the good condition or its gonna be defected! So, and Christmas and New year we celebrate with 2 boxes in the house!!! I asked to speak with a supervisor of them, no! -" it's a private information and you can speak only with us!". This is unacceptable! They claim they will call but not once has anyone called and everytime i call i have to go through the whole situation again as you talk to a different person. Ok, "they're terribly sorry for inconvenience..". What should we do with this "Sorry" if the money paid and you are one month with deffected product and 2 boxes in your house for a celebrations and you don't know for how long you'll stay with it??!!! And the last "joke" of kotsovolos is to send a SMS that our order gonna be delivered today 05.01.21 time 12:00-14:00 and guess what?! No-one came, no-one called!! We canceled our job, we spend a day for waiting someone to come from "lovely" Kotsovolos and in the end - "it was a mistake"! As the result of conversation via personal messageson fb : no-one knows nothing, we've to wait a call from technical support for to install one of the products, and for to change the defective product - we've to wait one week more...when this one gonna be installed - no-one knows! What a shame Kotsovolos! And shame to all departments of this incompetent company! Zero support! Never again, stay away for your mental health! The worst experience ever!!! Appalling and actually unbelievable Kotsovolos is still in business. This must be the worst organisation on the planet. A consumer protection organisation should go to court against this company! Kotsovolos is a company without any standards and principles that deceives its customers!!!

Slightly overpriced but good with customers and aftercare

It's an ok brick and mortar store. As they must stock stuff from PC parts to fridges don't expect a big stock but the staff is helpful in my experience.

Go only if you absolutely can't find what you need elsewhere. Avoid

Bad customer support and not even standard batteries available. A shop selling notebooks should have also supplies for them. I needed AAAA batteries for the pen of my surface notebook. Not available. And when i asked if its possible to order them, i was told not possible. And then i was ignored.
