Η κυρία που ήρθε να με εξυπηρετήσει άρχισε να προσθέτει στη τιμή εγγυήσεις επεκτάσεις κι άλλες χρεώσεις που δε ζήτησα ποτέ, με αποτέλεσμα η τιμή να ανέβει πολύ παραπάνω. Όταν της ζήτησα να αφαιρέσει τα επιπλέον που ποτέ δε ζήτησα το κινητό ξαφνικά έγινε μη διαθέσιμο και προσπάθησε να μου πουλήσει άλλα κινητά προσθέτοντας πάλι τις έξτρα υπηρεσίες του Κωτσοβολου στη τιμή. Αποτέλεσμα ήταν κινητά κατώτερης ποιότητας - χαρακτηριστικών να βγαίνουν ακριβότερα από αυτό που αρχικά ήθελα να πάρω. Πρέπει να καταλάβετε εκεί στο ΚΩΤΣΟΒΟΛΟ ότι σκοπός σας είναι να εξυπηρετείτε το πελάτη και όχι τις προμήθειες που παίρνει ο πωλητής. ΑΠΛΑ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ Unacceptable service. I went for a cell phone that seemed to be available on the internet. The lady who came to serve me started to add to the price guarantees, extensions and other charges that I never asked for, with the result that the price went up much more. When I asked her to remove the extras that I never asked for, the mobile phone suddenly became unavailable and she tried to sell me other mobile phones, again adding the extra services of Kotsovolos to the price. The result was lower quality mobile phones - features coming out more expensive than I originally wanted to get. You need to understand there at KOTSOVOLO that your purpose is to serve the customer and not the commissions that the seller receives. JUST UNACCEPTABLE

Πληρώθηκε κανονικά το λαπτοπ που παρηγγειλα (με χρήση voucher) και μετά από 2 μέρες ελεγε ότι τα voucher αποδεσμεύτηκαν και είναι ξανά ελεύθερα για χρήση. Η εξυπηρέτηση απαισια. Αυτή που βγηκε στην γραμμη (μετά από 50 λεπτα) δεν είχε ιντερνετ και της είχε κολλησει το σύστημα. Ακόμη δεν έχει βρεθεί λύση και έχουν περάσει 4 μέρες! Τελευταία φορά που παραγγέλνω από αυτό το «κατάστημα»! If there were 0 stars I would put them. The laptop I ordered was paid for normally (using a voucher) and after 2 days it said that the vouchers were released and are free to use again. The service is awful. The one who went to the line (after 50 minutes) did not have internet and her system was stuck. No solution has been found yet and 4 days have passed! Last time I ordered from this "store"!
P	Panagiotis 13_Vl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πληρωμένες δόσεις και μετά από ένα χρόνο μου είπανε ότι χρωστάω ενώ πήγα να κάνω αγορά.Οταν έδειξα με της απόδειξης ότι της πλήρωσα κανονικά πρίν ένα χρόνο (λάθος λογιστηρίου δηλαδή) μου είπανε ότι για να αγοράσω αυτό πού θέλω θα πρέπει να πληρώσω το 40% μπροστά (νταβατζιλικι δηλαδή). Μόλις με χάσατε από πελάτη..... Paid installments and after a year they told me that I owe while I went to buy. in front (that is, davatziliki). You just lost me as a customer .....
