Κατανοητό και δεκτό ότι είναι franchise, όμως να μην μπορείς να εξυπηρετήσεις τον πελάτη διότι "δεν γίνονται παραγγελίες με παραλαβή από το κατάστημα μας" δεν υπάρχει πουθενά. Με προσφωνήσεις τον πελάτη "αγάπη μου" λες και είσαι ο Νίκος ο Μουτσινάς, δεν κερδίζεις το παραμικρό - ούτε καν συμπάθεια. Κρίμα, μιας και βόλευε το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα λόγω μη επιλογών στην ευρύτερη περιοχή. Bad service. Understandable and accepted that it is a franchise, but you cannot serve the customer because "no orders are received from our store" there is nowhere. Addressing my "love" client as if you are Nikos Mucinas, you do not earn the slightest - not even sympathy. Too bad, since this particular store was closed because of no options in the area.

Οι τιμές φυσικά είναι τσιμπημένες, έως ακριβές. Οι διαθεσιμότητες, συχνά, περίεργες και τα περισσότερα έρχονται μετά από παραγγελία. Φυσικά στη Ναύπακτο οι επιλογές είναι λίγες άρα... όλα καλά. Store of the well-known chain but because it is in a relatively closed society, the staff is more polite and the service better. Prices are of course stingy, to expensive. Availability is often odd and most come after ordering. Of course in Nafpaktos the options are few so ... all is well.

Δεν τηρούν σε καμία περίπτωση τα συμφωνηθέντα. Δε θα το σύστηνα σε κανέναν!!! One of the most inconsistent stores we have purchased devices. There is no consistency in their deliveries and in the facilities of their products. They do not in any case comply with the agreements. I would not recommend it to anyone !!!

Μου είπαν ότι έχει και άλλη πλακέτα πρόβλημα και πρέπει να αλλαχτεί!! Αποτέλεσμα ένα μήνα χωρίς πλυντήριο πενταμελής οικογένεια και μέσα στις γιορτές !!! Το μόνο που κοιτάνε είναι πως θα τα πάρουν !!! I will not buy anything again !! I bought a Morris washing machine and you burned a board in a month !!! They came and changed it !! It still does not work !! I was told that there is another problem with the board and it needs to be changed !! Result of a month without a washing machine for a family of five and during the holidays !!! All they look at is how they will get them !!!
