★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το χειρότερο κατάστημα κοτσοβολου που υπάρχει. Ενώ είχε χαλάσει η ηλεκτρική κουζίνα μας (περιέχει και έξτρα ασφάλιση 5 ετών), άργησε να καταχωρηθεί η βλάβη με αποτέλεσμα ο τεχνικός να έρθει μετά από 1 βδομάδα, τελικά μας είπαν ότι έπρεπε να έρθει άλλος τεχνικός, μας πήραν τηλέφωνο 5 μέρες μετά ότι θα μας δώσουν άλλη κουζίνα γιατί η δική μας δεν επιδιόρθωνεται και τέλος αφού κάναμε χαρτιά για να πάρουμε άλλη κουζίνα μπερδεύτηκαν και παρήγγειλαν εντοιχιζόμενη κουζίνα. Μετά από τόση ταλαιπωρία μαας ξαναπήραν τηλέφωνο απο τα κεντρικά του καταστήματος ότι η κουζίνα μας θα επιδιορθωθει. Πληρώσαμε 110 ευρώ για μια λάθος κουζίνα και εν τέλει πρέπει να περιμένουμε να έρθει το ανταλλακτικό για την παλιά μας κουζίνα... Και μέσα στις γιορτές δεν θα έχουμε κουζίνα να μαγειρέψουμε.. ΕΙΝΑΙ ΟΛΕΣ ΟΙ ΥΠΆΛΛΗΛΟΙ ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΔΕΝ ΚΆΝΟΥΝ ΣΩΣΤΑ ΤΗΝ ΔΟΥΛΕΙΆ ΤΟΥΣ
The worst kotsovolos store there is. While our electric stove was broken (it also contains extra insurance for 5 years), it was too late to register the damage so the technician came after 1 week, finally we were told that another technician had to come, they called us 5 days later that he would give us another kitchen because ours is not repaired and finally after we made papers to get another kitchen they got confused and ordered a built-in kitchen. After so much trouble, they called us again from the headquarters of the store that our kitchen would be repaired. We paid 110 euros for a wrong kitchen and in the end we have to wait for the spare part for our old kitchen to come ... And during the holidays we will not have a kitchen to cook .. ALL EMPLOYEES ARE UNACCEPTABLE AND DO NOT DO THEIR WORK CORRECTLY
