★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τhe review refers to kotsovolos as a whole business and not to the particular physical store, due to online product purchase. I was trying to contact with them more than 3 days staying in the phone for more than 2 hours each time, because after 5 days of my purchase i was not informed neither with e-mail about anything. Unacceptable, unprofessional, if i would never shop again online from kotsovolos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst telephone call centre. It was set up by people that have zero idea or inclination to do anything but drink frappe. The worst.
Reply: if you read my comment, You would have realised it was about your telephone system and your call centre. Not the shop. Once you call, there’s not a single option to ask for information, not a single option to find a local shop telephone number, not a single option to wait to talk to a human person. And your wait time was 25 mins. Unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is a magic mixture of the professionalism of big chain store with competitive prices but at the same time it remains "reachable and friendly".
You can negotiate with the staff, upto a descent extent, and find a solution to a problem and NOT confront with the strict cold ISO rigid policies of "take it or leave it" situation.
In the mean time the reassurance of a strong supplier offers reassurance.
