★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible customer service! If I could give negative -5 Stars I would. I purchased kitchen appliances and was told my items would be delivered within 1 week, here I am a month later waiting for my appliances. I have received no phone calls or messages with the status of my order so I stopped into the store today to speak to a customer service representative. I was told the appliances I paid for no longer exist! I then purchased other items that were in stock and my new order was then entered incorrectly. It took over an hour just to correct the errors and check out. I do NOT recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an item and two weeks later it is still not delivered. It took Kotsovalos almost a week to pass the item to a courier company and they have had it for over a week. Lesson learned. I will order through Skroutz in future. They have lost my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store to view things but to buy is troublesome as they don't have stock for many things. Little things like vacuum cleaner not in stock. Also on average prices are high and not debatable, other stores give discounts on dishwashers etc. So for me its a nice store to look but almost never buy.

Marginal number of sales staff not all always helpful, depending on department. Prices are not exactly the lowest in Chania area. Parking is a nightmare but that’s not a fault of this store. Dubious warranty, repair or return policy and related staff. Try not to attempt returns or repairs.

It's good to look around.
Prices are in between moderate to high.
I think if you need an easy electronic this is the place but if you need a more complicate electronic there isn't many options.
Anyway, I wasnt very impressed by this shop and I think it can better.
