X	Xristos Kass on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρόκειται για βάφτιση Αν μπορούσα να βάλω 0 αστέρια θα το έκανα αντ'αυτου θα αρκεστώ στο να βάλω 1 αστέρι . Με 1η εντύπωση έδειξε επαγγελματικοτητα το μαγαζί δίνοντας μας πολλές επιλογές ώστε να διαμορφωθεί όπως το φανταστηκαμε η βάφτιση , υπήρχαν αρκετές συνεννοήσεις με την κ.Αναστασια και έναν μήνα μπορεί και λίγο περισσότερο πριν την βάφτιση και αφού δωθηκε η προκαταβολή, μας ενημέρωσε ότι η τιμή για τις μπομπονιέρες αυξήθηκε κατά 1€απο 2.45€ στα 3.45€ . Στη συνέχεια μας έστειλε σε φωτογραφία τις προσκλήσεις με το θεματικό μας (μονόγραμμα) το οποίο δε μας άρεσε οπότε της στείλαμε φωτογραφία το μονόγραμμα που είδαμε στο διαδίκτυο και της ζητήσαμε να μας το προσθέσει αντί για εκείνο που μας έδειξε . Το αποτέλεσμα απογοητευτικό αλλά μην έχοντας την πολυτέλεια του χρόνου το δεχτηκαμε λέγοντας της ότι δεν έχουν άλλη επιλογή και δείχνοντας της την απογοήτευση μας . Την επόμενη μέρα μας έστειλε τις προσκλήσεις σε φωτογραφία βάζοντας το μονόγραμμα που ζητήσαμε και λέγοντας μας ότι "πίεσε" τους συνεργάτες της για αυτό (πράμα που δε με αφορά από την στιγμή που πλήρωσα για ένα αποτέλεσμα που ήθελα). Τέλος 2 βδομάδες πριν την βάφτιση μας ενημερώνει ότι οι μπομπονιέρες βάπτισης που ζητήσαμε ήρθαν λάθος και ότι ήρθε άλλο σχέδιο και μάλιστα υπήρχε κι άλλη αύξηση της τιμής σε αυτά που ζητήσαμε , ψάξαμε στο ίντερνετ βρήκαμε αυτές που θέλαμε, έτρεξαν δικά μας άτομα στην Αθήνα ώστε να τα πάρουν και να μας τα στείλουν με το ΚΤΕΛ και τέλος να κάνουμε το δέσιμο μόνοι μας (παραλάβαμε και το 1/3 του δεσίματος από την κ Αναστασία) και πλέον είμαστε έτοιμοι. Δυστυχώς αυτή η εμπειρία της βάφτισης στο πρώτο μας παιδί κατέληξε σε άγχος και στρες με όλα αυτά. This is a baptism If I could put 0 stars I would do it instead I would just put 1 star. With a first impression, the store showed professionalism, giving us many options to be shaped as we imagined the baptism, there were several consultations with Mrs. Anastasia and a month maybe a little longer before the baptism and after the deposit was given, she informed us that the price for the chocolates increased by 1 € from 2.45 € to 3.45 €. Then she sent us a photo of the invitations with our theme (monogram) which we did not like so we sent her a photo of the monogram we saw on the internet and asked her to add it instead of the one she showed us. The result was disappointing but not having the luxury of time, we accepted it by telling her that they have no other choice and showing her our disappointment. The next day she sent us the photo invitations, putting the monogram we asked for and telling us that she "pushed" her associates for it (which does not concern me from the moment I paid for a result I wanted). Finally 2 weeks before the baptism he informs us that the christening favors we asked for came wrong and that another plan came and in fact there was another price increase in what we asked for, we searched on the internet we found the ones we wanted, our own people ran to Athens to they take them and send them to us by KTEL and finally we do the tying ourselves (we also received 1/3 of the tying from Mrs. Anastasia) and now we are ready. Unfortunately, this experience of baptism in our first child resulted in anxiety and stress with all this.
