★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θετικά: Όμορφος και σύγχρονος χώρος. Κοντά σε μέσα συγκοινωνίας, σε καφέ και εστιατόρια.
Αρνητικά: Η θέρμανση, που παρέχεται μόνο με κλιματιστικό, με αποτέλεσμα να είναι κρύο το μπάνιο και να μην υπάρχει καλή αίσθηση ζέστης καθώς και θόρυβος από τη λειτουργία κλιματιστικού. Στενοί δρόμοι και δυσκολο πάρκινγκ, που γενικά είναι πρόβλημα σε όλο το Κουκάκι.
Positive: Beautiful and contemporary space. Close to public transport, cafés and restaurants.
Negative: The heating, provided only with air conditioner, results in cold bathing and there is not a good feeling of heat as well as noise from the air conditioner operation. Narrow roads and difficult parking, which is generally a problem throughout Koukaki.

The apartment is in a super quiet area near the monuments! The host Gregory very good information of the places to visit and where to eat. Our stay was very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento all'ultimo piano. C'è l'ascensore. Qualche dettaglio trascurato ma nel complesso buono. Bel balcone, molto grande. Piano di cottura elettrico. Termosifoni non funzionanti. C'è una pompa di calore in cucina ed un termo convettore in camera da letto. Boiler elettrico. Gestori molto cortesi e disponibili. Parlano un ottimo italiano.
Top floor apartment. There is the elevator. Some details overlooked but overall good. Nice balcony, very large. Electric hob. Radiators not working. There is a heat pump in the kitchen and a thermo convector in the bedroom. Electric boiler. Managers very polite and helpful. They speak excellent Italian.
