★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από 10 κ πλέον χρόνια πελάτης λυπάμαι πάρα πολύ που με αναγκάζετε να βρω άλλον επαγγελματία καθώς ο υπάλληλος σας αρνήθηκε να παραλάβει μια κουβέρτα που είχαμε συνεννοηθεί για πλύσιμο . Είμαστε στον 3ο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ άλλα τόσα χρόνια δεν έχετε πρόβλημα να ανεβαίνετε κ να περνετε τα χαλιά μας 6 στο σύνολό κ πολλά χρήματα φυσικά για καθάρισμα κ να μας τα φέρνετε στην πόρτα μας . Λυπάμαι αλλά δεν είναι καθόλου επαγγελματικό αυτό.
After more than 10 years as a customer, I am very sorry that you are forcing me to find another professional as your employee refused to pick up a blanket that we had arranged for washing. We are on the 3rd floor without elevator for so many years you have no problem going up and passing our carpets 6 in total and a lot of money of course for cleaning and bring them to our door. I'm sorry but this is not professional at all.
