★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although this Taverna is a little out of the way it’s well known to locals and most Taxi’s will know where it is. The food was excellent and the staff so friendly and attentive even bringing out some sample dishes for us to try and also offering us translated menus. Went there twice as we enjoyed it so much. Recommend going near sunset. The views are amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic place welcomes you with amazing Cretan food and lovely service! You can confidently rely on waiter’s suggestions if you are looking for local cuisine or specific taste. Terrace restaurant with a beautiful view of the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. I absolutely recommend this place!

The food is really good, we liked and enjoyed everithimg we've ordered. Not so much the wine, which resembled a lot to the woody soaled house made wine in spring.
The water and bread on the house
The weiter very polite, although very busy.
No complementary after dinner fruit or raki . . . :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our meals were excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain to us the traditional Cretan dishes so we could have an authentic meal. From the snails to the souvlaki it was all amazing but the best was the homemade ice cream. It’s my favorite flavor now. So sad it’s not available in the US! We’ll just have to return to Crete someday. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
