L	Labros S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχεις ως κατάστημα ιστοσελίδα με τα προϊόντα σου. Δεν αναγράφονται τιμές στην ιστοσελίδα σου ακόμα και σε πάνελ μασίφ ξυλείας που οι διαστάσεις είναι πάντα δεδομένες. Ούτε καν κατ' εκτίμηση για να γνωρίζει πχ ο πελάτης μια τάξη μεγέθους. Καλείς στο τηλέφωνο (εν μέσω καραντίνας) και τους λες ότι είσαι πελάτης λιανικής. Τους κάνεις ερωτήσεις για τις τιμές, και στην πέμπτη ερώτηση, σου λέει ο υπάλληλος (μάλλον συν-ιδιοκτήτης κρίνοντας από το ύφος του) ότι δεν μπορεί να απαντήσει άλλες ερωτήσεις "κύριε¨ γιατί έχει πολύ κόσμο, δυσανασχετεί, κάνει παύση και στο τέλος σου απαντάει σαν να σου έχει κάνει χάρη και εσύ αισθάνεσαι βάρος μόνο και μόνο από ένα τηλέφωνο. Ο καλύτερος ιδιοκτήτης να είσαι, πρέπει να γνωρίζεις τις αδυναμίες σου, αν στο site δεν έχεις τιμές γιατί ανάλογα με την παρτίδα ξυλείας/κέφια/μούτρα του πελάτη ή αν είναι καλοπληρωτής ή όχι αυτές κυμαίνονται, τότε πρέπει να έχεις την ελάχιστη ευγένεια να ενημερώνεις τον πελάτη εξ' αρχής ότι "πήζεις", να κρατήσεις τηλέφωνο και να τον πάρεις μετά όταν θα είσαι πιο χαλαρός. Προφανώς για πελάτες χονδρικής η αντιμετώπιση να είναι διαφορετική, σε σχέση με τον πελάτη λιανικής των 200ευρώ max. Από την συνομιλία αυτή ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν έχασε, μιας και είμαι πελάτης που θα απέφερε μικρό κέρδος, αλλά μην απορείτε μετά αν ο κόσμος πηγαίνει σε μεγάλες αλυσίδες καταστημάτων όπου ανεξαρτήτως των αγορών σε αντιμετωπίζουν το ίδιο και με την ελάχιστη ευγένεια. Όσο αφορά για τιμές δεν γνωρίζω γιατί δεν έχω μέτρο σύγκρισης. Για τα ξύλα της φωτογραφίας πλήρωσα 87 ευρώ χωρίς ΦΠΑ. Professional and helpful.
