KOURSAROS - Koursaros

Arrived just after the pandemic lock down was over, clean, spacious handsanitizer all-over the place, staff was using gloves. One thing though, sunbeds are 4 euro each and there is another bar minimum fee of another 4 euro. If you read the signs it can be misinterpreted that sunbed and bar tab are the same thing.

Very nice beach. Great view. You have to spend 4 euros in the bar to get the sun bed which is great.

Terrible, simply put. The staff (management, not the waiters) is so unprofessional that I won't set foot there ever. Came to the beach during my visit of Halkidiki, the floor manager wouldn't let us sit in the place of our choosing, specifying that the sunbeds were reserved for high tier guests?! Left the establishment right away and successfully averted numerous friends and acquaintances of ever setting foot there. Honestly, that's no way to treat customers anywhere. There are several establishments nearby, every one of them is to be recommended (not naming any, honestly all are ok).

Some facts about this place that you need to know before you go to Koursaros: There is a strict face control. They hypocritically decide where you should sit even if you come at 9-10 and the majority of the set beds are not occupied. The water is not allowed to bring, so please be prepared to pay €1 for every 500ml. The Wi-Fi cost is €1 per mobile phone. There are the prices in menu that the sun bed set is €4 per item and the minimum order is €4 as well. When we came a worker who was mostly responsible for the set arrangement told us, that first two lines of the sets cost was €20 per person. Or you can give the bribe to this person, so he will find for us some place, as some guests did. The sun beds are super old. You can see on the pics. There are no Covid measurements: no antiseptics in WC, the staff is without masks, and do not use the antiseptic when clean the sun beds. What is great about this place: - The view during the swimming: it is amazing! The water is clear. - A worker who is cleaning the beach during the day so many times: big respect and well done!

The beach is ok, music was very loud, the food is nothing of extraordinary, but the service is really good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. During the weekend it’s a bit busy. The sunbeds are classic

Amazing place! Drinks are nice, food is OK for a bite, service is superb. It can seems a little pricey and the music might be a little too high but it's a good beach bar for singles and youngsters. It's OK for a family day with very nice beach, crystal clear water and shallows for the kids to play but youay not like the loud music. Also keep in mind it's not a free place - you have to pay for your sunbeds and there might be a minimum consumption per adult - just ask at the entrance about the terms.

Amazing beach with sand. You can't pick by yourself sunbed. They keep sunbeds from first line with reservations but nobody came there all day long. Rude personnel. Usually, in Greece, people know how to make good tourism, smiling to make you feel welcomed. Not this time, not here.

Wide beach with fine sand and clear waters suitable for children. The price of the sunbeds is 10 EUR per person covered by consumption (15 EUR for the first row). There were some nicer sunbeds which we were told were reserved for special guests and remained free for two days which was strange. The coffee & cocktails are good, the food is nothing special but eatable. There is a very big free parking next to beach which is very convenient. One star less is because a few times we ordered one thing but were delivered something else.
