Completely unacceptable. After multiple excuses for delaying an order of mine (from October 11) I was assured that it would be delivered to me last week. Since then neither voice nor hearing. and of course my money in their pocket

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στα φωτιστικά που αγοράσαμε δεν μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι γιατί δεν δώσανε την δέουσα σημασία για τις τροποποιήσεις που έπρεπε να γίνουν και δεν έγιναν. Χρειάστηκε να τα πάμε πίσω να διορθωθούν. Δύο από αυτά τα αλλάξαμε, η δε ράγα για το δοκάρι ήταν κακοφτιαγμένη και ελαφρώς ξεφτισμένη (την είδαμε όταν την είχαμε ήδη τοποθετήσει και δεν είχαμε πλέον το κουράγιο να την αλλάξουμε πάλι). Ταλαιπωρηθήκαμε και απογοητευτήκαμε.
We were not pleased with the luminaires we bought because they did not give due consideration to the modifications that needed to be made and were not made. We had to go back and correct them. We changed two of them, the beam rail was poorly made and slightly frayed (we saw it when we had already installed it and no longer had the courage to change it again). We were disappointed and disappointed.

I bought the lights of my house 10 years ago which are in perfect condition until today .... And they remain in fashion even though the years have passed ... Excellent prices, friendly gentleman who served us.
