★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν είναι ενημερωμένο το site με τη σωστή διαθεσιμότητα. Παρήγγειλα δύο φορές. Την πρώτη μου είπαν ότι δεν υπάρχει στην αντίστοιχη απόχρωση αυτό που ήθελα (ενώ συνεχίζει να τα δείχνει διαθέσιμα στο eshop σε 24h). Την δεύτερη φορά μου ακύρωσαν την παραγγελία ( ενώ τηλεφωνικά μου είχαν πει ότι υπάρχουν τα προϊόντα και σε 2 μέρες θα τα έχουν) και ότι είναι σε έλλειψη το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν. Στο site τους συνεχίζει να τα βγάζει διαθέσιμα και σε πολύ πιο ανεβασμένη τιμή πλέον.
 The site is not updated with the correct availability. I ordered twice. The first one I was told that what I wanted is not in the corresponding shade (while it continues to show them available in the eshop in 24h). The second time they canceled my order (while they had told me by phone that the products exist and they will have them in 2 days) and that the specific product is in short supply. On their site it continues to make them available at a much higher price now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το προσωπικό πάρα πολύ ευγενικό κ εξυπηρετικό, μεγάλη ποικιλία στα προϊόντα και λογικές τιμές. Ήρθα για να αγοράσω υλικά για στολισμό βάπτισης και βρήκα ακριβώς ό,τι έψαχνα. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
The staff very kind and helpful, great variety in products and reasonable prices. I came to buy materials for christening decorations and found exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κυρία που με εξυπηρέτησε αφού έφτασα στο ταμείο και ζήτησα τιμολόγιο μου είπε ότι δεν μπορεί επειδή ο υπεύθυνος λείπει και της έχει ... απαγορεύσει να κόβει τιμολόγια!!!
Το βρίσκω απαράδεκτο.
The lady who served me after I arrived at the checkout and asked for an invoice told me that she could not because the person in charge is missing and she has ... forbidden her to cut invoices !!!
I find it unacceptable.
