★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As of you went home and had your Greek mother cook for you. Not standard menu, some dishes delightful, some not so much, not at all gourmet or stylised. However, this motherly feeling and cosiness is worth it for at least a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice authentic Greek food. Made us feel at home and cared for. They cooked a special dish for us because they didn't have much left. Even recommended the bar we went to next and told us to mention we had been to Koutoukaki so the waiter looked after us. I cannot recommend enough.

Even though the menus were only in Greek and the restaurant doesn’t look special, the food was amazing! From zucchini fritters to pork with rice, every single dish listed on the menu was delicious.

The daily dish was amazing, the grilled veal liver is tasty.
Prices are suitable for local so I guess for tourists is cheap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic!!! We are staying in Athens for a month very close to this place and ate here our first evening after reading about it in Culinary Backstreets. It is everything I look for in a restaurant— no frills, authentic delicious food, lovely people, and a nice atmosphere. We will definitely be back during our time here and can’t wait to try more. The feta with honey and sesame seeds and the beef liver was outstanding. The prices are super reasonable too.
