Πριν καν τελειώσω την ερώτησή μου, ο κύριος στο ταμείο μού δήλωσε πως "Περιμένει η κυρία" μετά από 'μένα, προτρέποντάς με να φύγω μια ώρα αρχίτερα, άρα δεν τον ενδιαφέρει να εξυπηρετηθούν κάποιοι από εμάς. Δεν καταλαβαίνω αυτή τη νοοτροπία. Κοφτές δηλώσεις χωρίς πολλή επεξήγηση. Πλέον θα εμπιστεύομαι τον Τουρίκη για τις αγορές μου, που είναι λίγο πιο κάτω, καθώς εκεί αισθάνομαι ευπρόσδεκτη και ευχάριστα, με υποδέχονται με χαμόγελο και εξυπηρετική διάθεση. Αντίο! ΚΥΡΙΑΚΗ σήμερα και μπαίνω στο μαγαζί να κάνω rapid test , και μου λέει έχετε κλείσει ραντεβού ? και του απαντάω όχι , και μου λέει το επόμενο ραντεβού είναι 3 μιση , σοβαρά τους λέω τώρα όλα τα φαρμακεία εξυπηρετούν κόσμο και με ραντεβού και χωρίς , και να σημειωθεί ότι μιλούσαμε 5 λεπτά χωρίς να υπάρχει ψυχή στο φαρμακείο , όπου σε αυτό το χρόνο θα μπορούσαμε να το είχαμε κάνει και να είχα φύγει , αντί αυτού με έντονο ύφος μου λέει καλά ΄τωρα δεν είπα στη κοπέλα που έφυγε το ίδιο ? με ύφος και άσχημη συμπεριφορά , του απαντάω αρχικά θα μου μιλάτε όπως σας μιλάω , και χτύπησε το τηλέφωνο και δε μου έδωσε σημασία ? καλύτερα να το κλείσετε το μαγαζάκι αν δεν μπορείτε να εξυπηρετείτε κόσμο , γιατί τα φαρμακεία για αυτό το σκοπό υπάρχουν , και μια συμβουλή , δέιτε πως λειτουργούν τα υπόλοιπα φαρμακεία και μάθετε λίγο και τρόπους συμπεριφοράς και λειτουργείας ..... είστε και δίπλα στον ηλεκτρικό σταθμό της καλλιθέας σε ένα σημείο αρκετά βολικό πολύ κρίμα , ΟΠΟΙΟΣ ΘΕΛΕΙ ΝΑ ΠΑΕ ΙΣΕ ΦΑΡΜΑΚΕΙΟ ΘΑ ΤΟΥ ΠΡΟΤΙΝΑ ΝΑ ΜΗΝ ΕΠΙΣΚΕΦΤΕΙ ΤΟ ΣΥΓΚΕΚΡΙΜΕΝΟ ....και ουτε πρόκειται να ξανά πατήσω αλλά ούτε και γνωστοί μου !!! και όπως λειτουργείτε δε νομίζω να το κρατήσετε και για πολύ ακόμα !!! Παρότι δε μας εξυπηρέτησε διότι λειτουργούσαν μόνο με ραντεβού και επί 10 λεπτά δεν είχε πατήσει άτομο, ήταν και με ύφος ο τρόπος του... Αντί να λειτουργεί με τρόπο που να εξυπηρετεί το κοσμο που Κυριακές δεν είναι όλα ανοιχτά, αν δε μπορειτε να εξυπηρετείτε το κόσμο καλύτερα να μήν εφημερευετε τις Κυριακές και να αφήνετε αλλά φαρμακεία που ξέρουν να δουλεύουν και να εξυπηρετούν κόσμο να είναι ανοιχτά. Προφανώς δε θα σας ξανά προτιμήσω και όσοι σκέφτεστε να πάτε θα σας προτινα να πάτε σε άλλα φαρμακεία που έχει αρκετά η Καλλιθέα στα οποία μπαίνεις σου μιλάνε με χαμόγελο και σε εξυπηρετούν με θέληση... Έντρομη με πήρε τηλέφωνο συγγενής η οποία πάσχει από COVID το παιδί της και όχι ήπια , ότι της έγραψε η παιδίατρος το αντί - COVID φάρμακο , και αν θα μπορούσα να πάω σε ένα εφημερεύον φαρμακείο να το πάρω λόγω του ότι ήταν βράδυ κ δεν διέθετε μεταφορικό , ο κύριος αφού περίμενα τόση ώρα στην ουρά , μου μετέφερε ότι το φάρμακο είναι σε έλλειψη κλπ κλπ , όπου έφυγα απογοητευμένη αφού ήρθα από μακριά ώστε να εξυπηρετήσω την συγγενή , ύστερα έκανα βόλτες σε όλη την Αθηνα , μάταια γιατί παντού ήταν σε έλλειψη , ώσπου εγκατέλειψα κ πήρα τηλέφωνο να ενημερώσω ότι δεν μπορούσα να βρω τα συνταγογραφούμενα , όταν το συγγενικό μου πρόσωπο με ενημέρωσε ότι πήγε με τα πόδια μες στη βροχή ως την άλλη άκρη όπου ήταν το φαρμακείο του κυρίου κ θερμό παρακάλεσε κ επισήμανε στο φαρμακοποιό ότι ο γιος της νοσεί σοβαρά , και το φάρμακο βρέθηκε ως δια μαγείας στο συρτάρι του . Λυπάμαι που ζούμε στο μεσαίωνα και ότι ο κόσμος πρέπει να γίνεται έρμαιο ανθρώπων σαν εσάς λόγω του ότι αρνείστε να κάνετε την δουλειά σας , λυπάμαι που κάνετε διακρίσεις αντί να κοιτάζετε τη δουλειά σας , λυπάμαι αλλά μόνο επαγγελματίες δεν λέγεστε . Ούτε βερεσέ σας ζήτησε φάρμακα κανείς , ούτε χωρίς χαρτί γιατρού ούτε τίποτα το αξιοπερίεργο . Φαρμακείο = παίρνουμε φάρμακα όταν τα έχουμε ανάγκη , αφού υπάρχει και συνταγή γιατρού , τουλάχιστον παράνομο να τα κρατάτε και να τα δίνετε ΕΠΙΛΕΚΤΙΚΑ .! I'm sorry that we live in the Middle Ages and that people should become a scapegoat for people like you because you refuse to do your job, I'm sorry that you discriminate instead of looking at your work, I'm sorry but you are not just a professional. Nobody asked you for medicine, not even without a doctor's note or anything curious. Pharmacy = we take medicines when we need them, since there is also a doctor's prescription, at least it is illegal to keep them and give them SELECTIVELY!
