★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα ένα αυτοκίνητο opel corsa καινούριο μόλις το 2012 απ το ΚΟΥΒΕΛΗΣ ΑΕ ΠΑΤΡΑ. Καύσιμο πετρέλαιο. Προσδόκιμο χρόνο ζωής κινητήρα, όπως με διαβεβαίωναν 600.000 χλμ κ πάνω. Όλα τα σέρβις συντηρήσεις κλπ στο εξουσιοδοτημένο συνεργείο της αντιπροσωπείας ΚΟΥΒΈΛΗΣ ΠΑΤΡΑ. Σήμερα, έξι χρόνια μετά στα 130.000 χλμ, 2 μήνες μετά από τεχνικό έλεγχο. έπαθε ζημιά ο κινητήρας στη μέση της Εθνικής οδού, χωρίς δική μου υπαιτιότητα.. 7000 ευρώ κ πάνω. Κινδύνευσε κ η ζωή μας. Κανείς δεν αναλαμβάνει την ευθύνη.
Εσείς θα αγοράζατε πάλι Οpel; Που είναι η εταιρική ευθύνη; Η αξιοπιστία τους; Ο ανθρωποκεντρικός χαρακτήρας, ο προσανατολισμός στις ανάγκες του πελάτη; Όλα... λόγια χωρίς υπευθυνότητα!! !!!!
 I bought a new opel corsa car only in 2012 from KOUVELIS SA PATRA. Fuel oil. Expected engine life, as they assured me 600,000 km and above. All service, maintenance, etc. in the authorized workshop of the KOUVELIS PATRAS dealership. Today, six years later at 130,000 km, 2 months after a technical inspection. the engine was damaged in the middle of the National Road, without my fault .. 7000 euros and more. Our lives were also in danger. No one takes responsibility.
Would you buy Opel again? Where is the corporate responsibility? Their reliability? The anthropocentric character, the orientation to the needs of the customer? All ... words without responsibility !! !!!!
