A	A Zz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η αλυσίδα είναι πολύ πετυχημένη ? το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζάκι τα Σάββατα είναι κλειστό παρόλο πού βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο ? και αν πας κατά τις 06:50 και 07:10 πρέπει να είσαι τυχερός να πετύχεις τραγανό κουλούρι ?... η απάντηση πού παίρνεις είναι : " σε 10 λεπτά βγαίνουν ".. και προσπαθούν να σου πουλήσουν ότι άλλο έχουν... Προσωπικά μού έχει τύχει 3 φορές, τις δύο προηγούμενες ειπα "έτυχε "..αλλά σήμερα που είναι η τρίτη φορά ειπα να γράψω το παράπονό μού. The chain is very successful ? this particular shop is closed on Saturdays even though it is centrally located ? and if you go at 06:50 and 07:10 you should be lucky to get a crispy bun ? ... the answer you get is: "in 10 minutes they come out" .. and try to sell you what else they have ... Personally it has happened to me 3 times, the previous two I said "it happened" ..but today which is the third time I said to write my complaint.

Με ένα ειλικρινές χαμόγελο ήρθε να με εξυπηρετήσει. Επειδή δουλεύω στην εστίαση ξέρω να ξεχωρίζω το χαμόγελο του "ήρθα να σε εξυπηρετήσω επειδή απλά μπήκες στο μαγαζί" από το χαμόγελο του "αγαπώ τη δουλειά μου και θέλω να σε εξυπηρετήσω πραγματικά". Μπράβο στη υπάλληλο σας. Και μπράβο στο μαγαζί σας. Αντί να πάει ο πελάτης σε ένα άλλο μαγαζί όπου θα μπει μέσα και θα τον εξυπηρετήσουν σαν να είναι μουτρωμένοι θα έρθει σε εσάς. Μπράβο σας και πάλι. This morning, 24/2/2020 around 8:30 in the morning, I walked out of the store and told her to get a bun. The girl who served me was a perfect professional. A	Anastasia Pappa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα σήμερα 24.4.2020 να πάρω κουλούρι για τη δίχρονη κόρη μου και η κοπέλα μέσα έπιασε το κουλούρι με μαύρα γάντια που χρησιμοποίησε έπειτα για να χτυπήσει την απόδειξη και της ζήτησα ευγενικά να αλλάξει κουλούρι και γάντια γιατί είναι για τη μικρή που εν μέσω κοροναιου θα μπορούσα να το ζητήσω ακόμη και για μένα. Εκνευρίστηκε λέγοντας πως ξέρει να προσέχει και μόνη της πως όλοι της λένε τα ίδια πως έχει χαλάει ένα πακέτο γάντια και στο τέλος λέει αν δεν ξέρετε μην κατηγορειτε ένα παραλήρημα ανευ λόγου καθότι δεν την κατηγόρησα απλά ζήτησα ευγενικά να τ αλλάξει. Στο τέλος εκνευριστικά κι εγώ και την ύψωσα τη φωνή μου αλλά ξέχασα να τη ρωτήσω γιατί δεν χρησιμοποιεί τα διάφανα γάντια που υπάρχουν στον πάγκο για τα κουλούρια? Ίσως να τη ρωτήσουν οι υπεύθυνοι της εσείς που θα δείτε την κριτική. Με το ίδιο γάντι που πιάνουν το κουλούρι με το ίδιο χτυπούν απόδειξη στην ταμειακή. Variety of buns.
