★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πλήρως απογοητευμένη. Πριν από τρία χρόνια ήρθαν κ έβαλαν πόρτες στο σπίτι μου από τις οποίες πέφτουν τα χερουλια κ το πλαινο της κασας επίσης. Στο διάστημα αυτό στέλνω τη μητέρα μου την πεθερά μου κ την φιλη μου να πάρουν πόρτες καθώς είχαμε συμπαθησει την κυρία Βάσω. Κάθε σπίτι που βάλανε πόρτες έχει κ ένα πρόβλημα. Στο ένα η θωρακισμενη στο άλλο η πόρτα του μπάνιου κλείνει κ δεν ανοίγει στο άλλο περασανε στραβά τα πορτάκια στο πατάρι. Κ όλα αυτά θα ερχοντουσαν να τα διορθώσουν κ ακόμη έρχονται. Παρακαλαμε τόσο καιρό να έρθουν να τα διορθώσουν κ μετά από διάφορες απαντήσεις του στυλ μια βίδα είναι κάντο μόνη σου ή πες τον μπαμπά σου στο τέλος δεν εμφανιζονταν στο τηλέφωνο. Μετά από πιέσεις μου είπαν να μου στείλουν κάποιον κ να τον πληρώσω εγώ. Για δικά τους λάθη θα πληρώσω εγώ. Κάποια στιγμή πήγε το συνεργείο στο σπίτι να διορθώσει την πόρτα που έκλεινε κ δεν άνοιγε κ την είχε περάσει πριν 2 βδομάδες κ ο μάστορας ζήτησε 10€ για τα πετραλαια. Λυπάμαι ειλικρινά γιατί προτίμησα να εμπιστευτω μια ελληνική επιχείρηση και με κοροιδευει επί τρία χρόνια συνεχόμενα. Αναρωτιέμαι πόσο δύσκολο είναι να στείλουν έναν υπάλληλο να διορθώσει το πρόβλημα έτσι ώστε να έχουν ικανοποιημενους πελάτες.
 Completely disappointed. Three years ago they came and put doors in my house from which the handles and the side of the frame also fall. In the meantime I send my mother my mother-in-law and my girlfriend to get doors as we had liked Mrs. Vasso. Every house that has doors has a problem. In one the armored in the other the bathroom door closes and does not open in the other the doors in the attic went wrong. And all these would come to correct them and are still coming. We begged them for so long to come and fix them and after various style answers a screw is do it yourself or tell your dad in the end he did not show up on the phone. After pressure I was told to send someone and I would pay. I will pay for their mistakes. At some point the workshop went to the house to fix the door that closed and did not open and had passed it 2 weeks ago and the carpenter asked for 10 € for the oils. I am sincerely sorry because I preferred to trust a Greek company and it has been making fun of me for three years in a row. I wonder how difficult it is to send an employee to fix the problem so that they have satisfied customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι!! Αγενεστατοι!!! Λάθη στις παραγγελιες τα οποια δεν τα παραδεχονται!! Προσπαθουν να βγουν από πανω χρησιμοποιώντας ανουσιες και αβάσιμες διακαιολογιες!! Κρίμα και πιστευαμε ότι ήταν σοβαρή εταιρεία. Ας μάθουν πρώτα να επικοινωνουν με τον πελάτη και να βγάζουν συνεννόηση και μετά όλα τα υπόλοιπα. Λυπάμαι
Unacceptable !! Αγενεστατοι !!! Errors in orders which are not admitted !! They try to come out from above using useless and baseless excuses !! Too bad we thought it was a serious company. Let them first learn to communicate with the customer and make an appointment and then everything else. I am sorry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κακή ποιότητα υλικών και αδιαφορία μετά την πώληση.
5 παραγγελίες και η 4 με λάθη.
Παραγγελία με πόρτες με τελάρο και τζάμι και όλα τα τελάρα στον αέρα ξεκολημενα. Στο τηλ ειρωνία και αγένεια και στα email δεν απαντάνε.
Σίγουρα υπάρχουν καλύτερες εταιρείες που μπορείτε να εμπιστευτείτε.
Poor material quality and indifference after sale.
5 orders and 4 with errors.
Order with doors with crate and glass and all crates in the air easily. Ironically, rudeness and emails do not respond.
There are definitely better companies you can trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν νομίζω να υπάρχουνε χειρότεροι επαγγελματίες σε αυτό τον τομέα. Εάν κάποιο υλικό είναι ελαττωματικό δεν πρόκειται να στο αλλάξουνε ποτέ. Η συμπεριφορά τους απαράδεκτη. Δεν το συνιστώ σε κανέναν. Μακριά από αυτούς.
I do not think there are worse professionals in this field. If a material is defective it will never be replaced. Their behavior is unacceptable. I do not recommend it to anyone. Away from them.
