★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αλλη συνενοηση μεσω τηλ , αλλο κοστολογιο κατοπην εορτης χωρις ενημερωση , αλλες οι τιμες του site , μιλησα με αρκετους και ο καθενας ελεγε και κατι διαφορετικο , καλο θα ηταν να υπαρχει μια καποια συνενοηση με τον πελατη .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αφού έκανα κανονικά την παραγγελία μου στις 20 Αυγούστου, επιλέγοντας πληρωμή με την παράδοση και περνοντας email επιβεβαίωσης της παραγγελίας μου, μετά από 6 ημέρες πήρα τηλέφωνο να δω σε ποια φάση βρίσκεται διότι δεν αργούν συνήθως οι παραγγελίες εντός Αττικής. Ο κύριος λοιπόν στο τηλέφωνο μου είπε πως πρέπει να κάνω κατάθεση στην τράπεζα εκ των προτέρων για να ξεκινήσει η παραγγελία. Όταν του απάντησα πως έχω επιλέξει αντικαταβολή ,έχω κάνει την παραγγελία πριν μια εβδομάδα και δεν ειδοποιήθηκα για κάποιο πρόβλημα, άρχιζε να φωνάζει χωρίς σταματημό λες και εγώ εφθυνομουν για τα δικά τους λάθη. Αγενής και κακός επαγγελματίας ο συγκεκριμένος δυστυχώς.
After I placed my order normally on the 20th of August, choosing payment with delivery and passing an email confirming my order, after 6 days I got a phone call to see what stage it is in because orders within Attica are usually not late. So the gentleman on the phone told me that I have to make a deposit in the bank in advance to start the order. When I replied that I had chosen cash on delivery, I had placed the order a week ago and I was not notified of any problem, he started shouting non-stop as if they were also lusting for their own mistakes. This is a rude and bad professional, unfortunately.
