Κακή συναδελφική συμπεριφορά από ορισμένα άτομα που βρίζουν και προσβάλλουν ακόμα και ενώπιον άλλων συναδέλφων και πελατών. Απαράδεκτο περιβάλλον. Μη στηρίζετε τέτοιες επιχειρήσεις που εκμεταλλεύονται αδύνατους, επειδή οι ίδιοι δουλεύουν στην επιχείρηση του μπαμπά και της μαμάς. Ντροπή μόνο.
Απάντηση στην απάντηση σας: Το ανθρώπινο δυναμικό είναι κατά βάση ξαδέρφια, κ.λπ. Οπότε άτοπο το επιχείρημα για τη βάση που δίνετε εκεί. Προφανώς οι συγγενείς σας δε θα γράψουν αρνητικά σχόλια. Επίσης, το διάστημα που δούλεψα ήταν αρκετό για να μην αντέξω τη συμπεριφορά κάποιων και να παραιτηθώ. Την κακοήθεια δεν την έχω εγώ. Εγώ μία απλή υπάλληλος ήμουν. Ο κόσμος ίσως καταλάβει ποιο είναι το πιο πιθανό σενάριο. Να παραιτείται κάποιος για ανούσιο λόγο εν μέσω οικονομικής κρίσης και κορωνοιου και να μπαίνει στον κόπο να γράφει τόσα ψέματα ή να υπάρχει μία ακόμα ΟΙΚΟΓΕΝΕΙΑΚΗ επιχείρηση που φέρεται άσχημα σε υπαλλήλους κι απλώς γράφει ποιηματακια σαν άλλες επιχειρήσεις σε κακές κριτικές αναφερόμενη στο ήθος που δεν έχει; Δε θα συνεχίσω άλλο, γιατί δεν έχει νόημα. Τέτοια πράγματα πρέπει να γίνονται γνωστά κι ευτυχώς που υπάρχει το διαδίκτυο γιατί είναι το μόνο μέρος που μπορούμε ακόμα να εκφραζομαστε ελεύθερα.
Awful work experience. They eat your whole working days. Bad peer behavior from some people who swear and insult even in front of other colleagues and clients. Unacceptable environment. Do not support such companies that exploit the weak, because they themselves work in the business of dad and mom. Shame only.
Answer to your answer: Human resources are basically cousins, etc. So the argument for the basis you give there is inappropriate. Obviously your relatives will not write negative comments. Also, the time I worked was enough for me not to endure the behavior of some and to resign. I do not have the malignancy. I was a simple employee. People may understand what the most likely scenario is. Should someone resign for no reason in the midst of financial crisis and coronation and bother to write so many lies or is there another FAMILY business that treats employees badly and just writes poems like other businesses in bad reviews referring to the morality it does not have? I will not continue, because it does not make sense. Such things need to be made known and fortunately the internet exists because it is the only place where we can still express ourselves freely.
