L	Lazos Athanasios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το Σεπτέμβριο του 2018 αγοραρα απο τον Κραβαριτης Ηλιας & ΣΙΑ ΟΕ e-equip.gr ενα γκριλ υγραερίου διπλο της SER GAS μοντελο WG2. Η ψησταριά εβγαλε αμέσως προβλημα στους πιλότους (συστημα ανάφλεξης) και στην κατανομή της θερμότητας πανω στη σχαρα οπου στα ακρα ειχε υπερβολικη φωτια και στη μεση πολύ λιγότερο με αποτελεσμα οταν ψήνω ενα ψαρι να καίγεται η ουρα και στη μεση να ειναι άψητο. Σε επικοινωνία με την επιχείρηση μου ειπαν οτι για μεν τους πιλοτους οτι ειναι κατι αναλώσιμο δηλαδή χαλανε τακτικα (μονο που η ψησταρια δεν ειχε δουλεψει ουτε μηνα) και για την σχαρα μου ειπαν να την αλφαδιασω καλα την ψησταρια και οτι λιγο πολυ δεν ξερω να ψήνω. Τωρα που ασχοληθηκα να την λυσω να δω τι συμβαινει διαπιστωσα οτι και οι δυο οι καυστηρες εχουν πιτσικαρει και εχει δημιουργηθει κουρμπα προς τα κατω, στη μεση του καυστηρα με αποτελεσμα η αποσταση της φλογας απο την σχαρα να μην ειναι σωστα κατανεμημένη. Αυτο ομως που μου εκανε εντυπωση ειναι οτι αντι να παρουν το μερος του πελατη και να προσπαθήσουν να λύσουν το προβλημα πήραν το μερος της κατασκευάστριας εταιρείας. Όταν τους παραπονέθηκα και ζήτησα να μου αλλάξουν τις χύτρες, με έστειλαν να ζητήσω αποζημίωση από τη μεταφορική τους, την οποία αυτοί μου υπέδειξαν. Εκτός αυτού, τα χτυπήματα ήταν τα ίδια και στις 2 χύτρες και φαινόταν πως υπήρχαν, πριν πάνε στη μεταφορική. Καθόλου επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά.
