★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήραμε τηλέφωνο για delivery κρεάτων, μας είπαν ότι δεν μπορούσαν να τα φέρουν εκείνη την ώρα και εάν μας πείραζε να τα φέρουν σε μιαμιση ώρα, το οποίο το δεχτήκαμε. Το delivery δεν ήρθε όμως ποτέ. Όταν πήραμε τηλέφωνο μας είπαν ότι δεν μπορούνε να τα φέρουνε εκείνη τη μέρα τελικά, γιατί δεν ήξεραν να βρούνε τη διεύθυνση στο google maps, το οποίο είπαν ότι δεν ξέρανε να χρησιμοποιούν.... Μπήκαμε στο google maps και τους είπαμε ακριβώς τη διαδρομή, 8 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο...., ωστόσο είπαν ότι δεν θα μπορούσανε να έρθουνε. Μας πρότειναν να τα φέρουνε την επόμενη μέρα το οποίο και φυσικά αρνηθήκαμε καθώς είχαμε χάσει την εμπιστοσύνη. Εκείνη τη μέρα μείναμε χωρίς κρέατα.... Δεν γνωρίζω για την ποιότητα των κρεάτων τους καθώς η παραγγελία δεν ήρθε ποτέ.... ωστόσο η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν απαράδεκτη.
We got a call for meat delivery, they told us that they could not bring them at that time and if we bothered to bring them in an hour and a half, which we accepted. But the delivery never came. When we got on the phone they told us that they could not bring them that day after all, because they did not know how to find the address on google maps, which they said they did not know how to use .... We went to google maps and told them exactly the route, 8 minutes by car ...., however they said they could not come. They offered to bring them the next day which of course we refused as we had lost confidence. That day we were left without meat .... I do not know about the quality of their meat as the order never came .... however the service was unacceptable.
