N	Nafsika Georgakopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα παραγγείλει πολλές φορές μέσω e-shop και αναγκαστικά με εξυπηρετούσε το κατάστημα Κυψέλης. Είμαι πολύ απογοητευμένη από την κακή εξυπηρέτηση, τις μόνιμες ελλείψεις σε πολλά προϊόντα και το απαράδεκτο κρεοπωλείο!!! Τα κρέατα έρχονται γεμάτα λίπη, καθόλου καθαρισμένα [ενώ έχω ζητήσει επισταμένα να είναι άπαχα], και πολλές φορές το λίπος που πρέπει να βγει είναι το 1/3 του κρέατος [το οποίο φυσικά έχει χρεωθεί κανονικά!]. Για παράδειγμα, είχα παραγγείλει 1,5 kg μοσχάρι "άπαχο" και αφαίρεσα 730 gr λίπος! Μετά από παράπονα στον διευθυντή του υποκαταστήματος διορθώθηκε το πρόβλημα για τις επόμενες 2 παραγγελίες και μετά πάλι τα ίδια. Επιπλέον, τις περισσότερες φορές δεν υπάρχουν διαθέσιμα τα είδη που είναι σε προσφορά π.χ. πολυσυσκευασίες και εκπτωση επί του προϊόντος. Έχω σταματήσει εδώ και μήνες να ψωνίζω και ε΄ναι κρίμα γιατί ένα κακό υποκατάστημα χαλάει το καλό όνομα όλου του Ομίλου. I had ordered many times through an e-shop and the Kypseli store necessarily served me. I am very disappointed with the poor service, the permanent shortages in many products and the unacceptable butcher shop !!! Meats come full of fat, not at all refined [while I have urgently asked to be lean], and many times the fat that has to come out is 1/3 of the meat [which of course has been charged normally!]. For example, I had ordered 1.5 kg of "lean" beef and removed 730 gr of fat! After complaints to the manager of the branch, the problem was corrected for the next 2 orders and then again the same. In addition, most of the time the items that are on offer are not available, e.g. multipackages and discount on the product. I have stopped shopping for months and it is a pity because a bad branch spoils the good name of the whole Group.
j	jennifer19461 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν και νέο σουπερμάρκετ στην Κυψέλη και με πάνω από 6 άλλα σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση έχει πολύ δουλειά και μάλλον οφείλεται στις καλές τιμές. Καλή ποιότητα στα ψάρια αλλά και στα κρεατα.Η κατοίκων διανομή έχει μεγάλη επιτυχία γιατί είναι γρήγοροι και ευγενικοί. Although a new supermarket in Kypseli and with over 6 others in a very close distance, it has a lot of work and is probably due to the good prices. Good quality in fish but also in meat. The distribution of the inhabitants is very successful because they are fast and polite.
I	Interritus Geo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ελπίζω να διαβάζει ο υπεύθυνος του συγκεκριμένου καταστήματος αυτή την αξιολόγηση ώστε να μάθει ότι το προσωπικό στα ψυγεία είναι τεμπέληδες και καθόλου εξυπηρετικοί. Περίμενα κανονικά τη σειρά μου να μου κόψουν φέτες τυρί και παριζα για τοστ, πριν από εμένα ήταν ένας κύριος ο οποίος εξυπηρετήθηκε κανονικά, αφού εξυπηρέτησαν τον κύριο και ήρθε η σειρά μου κανένας απολύτως δεν με εξυπηρέτησε κανένας, έκανα και νόημα καθώς μπορεί να νόμιζαν ότι επειδή μιλούσα στο τηλέφωνο δεν ήμουν έτοιμος να παραγγείλω αλλά τίποτα, με κοιτούσαν στα μάτια και με έγραφαν, άλλαζαν το ντεκόρ από τα τυριά. Λέω εντάξει μπορεί να έχουν δουλειά, περίμενα 5 ολόκληρα λεπτά και με έγραφαν όλοι τους, και ας είχαν δει το νόημα μου, ώσπου σηκώθηκα και έφυγα από το κατάστημα, άφησα τα ψώνια μου πίσω στα ράφια και επέλεξα άλλο σουπερμάρκετ. Το σκηνικό αυτό άμα θέλει να το δει ο υπεύθυνος από τις κάμερες έγινε σήμερα 26/02/2022 ώρα 14:50 πρπ. Σίγουρα δεν θα σας ξαναπροτιμησω και ας είστε πιο κοντά στο σπίτι μου, θα πηγαίνω αλλού για τα ψώνια μου, αυτά από εμένα. I hope the person in charge of this particular store reads this evaluation to learn that the staff in the refrigerators are lazy and not at all helpful. I used to wait for my turn to be cut into slices of cheese and toast for toast, before me there was a gentleman who was served normally, after they served the master and it was my turn no one served me at all, I made sense as they may have thought that because I was talking on the phone I was not ready to order but nothing, they looked me in the eyes and wrote to me, they changed the decor from the cheeses. I say ok they may have a job, I waited 5 whole minutes and they all wrote to me, and let them see my meaning, until I got up and left the store, left my shopping behind the shelves and chose another supermarket. This scene, if the person in charge of the cameras wants to see it, took place today, 26/02/2022, at 14:50. I will definitely not prefer you again and let you be closer to my house, I will go elsewhere for my shopping, these from me.
