Αν κάποιοι υπάλληλοι έχουν παράπονο από τον εργοδότη τους ή έχουν προβλήματα με τον εαυτό τους καλό είναι να τα κρατάνε έξω από τη δουλειά τους . Ο πελάτης δεν φταίει σε κάτι.
