★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα από τα ελάχιστα κτίρια της οθωμανικής περιόδου της Χαλκίδας που διασώθηκε, κατοικία του Ομέρ Πασά. Ανάμεσα στο 1830 και 1833 το κτίσμα αγοράστηκε από τον Νικόλαο Κριεζώτη , ήρωα του 1821, όταν αυτός προάχθηκε σε συνταγματάρχη και Νομοεπιθεωρητή Εύβοιας. Το Κριεζώτειο αποτελεί μοναδικό δείγμα αρχιτεκτονικής μαστόρων της Μακεδονίας. Το 1976 μετά τον θάνατο και του τελευταίου απόγονου, το αρχοντικό αγοράζεται από τον Ο.Τ.Ε. και τον Σεπτέμβρη του 1982 περνάει στα χέρια του δήμου. Σήμερα στο αναπαλαιωμένο αρχοντικό Κριεζώτη στεγάζεται το ιστορικό αρχείο της πόλης και το κέντρο ευβοϊκής έρευνας.
 One of the few buildings of the Ottoman period of Chalkida that survived, the residence of Omer Pasha. Between 1830 and 1833 the building was bought by Nikolaos Kriezotis, a hero of 1821, when he was promoted to colonel and legal inspector of Evia. Kriezotio is a unique example of craftsmanship in Macedonia. In 1976, after the death of the last descendant, the mansion was bought by the OTE. and in September 1982 it passes into the hands of the municipality. Today, the restored mansion Kriezotis houses the historical archive of the city and the center of Evian research.
