E	Emilio Pirotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an absolutely fantastic Cretan restaurant, very well run by very nice people and offering very high quality food. I tried a number of things and all of them are fantastic. Try Apaki, Syglino, sausages with staka, lamb with stamnagathi, try whatever you like and you will have great food. Their orange pie is possibly the best one I tasted. Only one weak spot: stay away from the table wine, go for a bottle. Apart from this, it is absolutely remarkable and worth a trip to outer Athens to sit and enjoy.

We were welcomed very well, and there's a lot of varieties of food. We had beef stew and my friend had lamb. All perfectly cooked, meat coming out from the bones nicely so. The gentleman gave us a treat of some light liqueur (home made) ... Which I liked.

I have tasted the pies and also the salad with their special cheese called something with 'M'. I cannot remember... But, all in all, I think this restaurant deserves your visit, especially because it is one of the oldest restaurants in the area.
