★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first time at this taverna, only sorry we hadn't discovered it sooner. The food was excellent with lots of vegetarian options, great use of local herbs and a pleasure to see some less used ingredients. Try the grilled talagani cheese with tomatoe jam & basil & their eggplant bougiourdi, delicious. And they served a beautifully presented mille-feuille for dessert?The service was friendly & professional and the bill very reasonable. We'll definitely go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came late at night and were welcomed warmly. There is an english menu and the recommendations portionwise and mealwise were very good. Everything tasted amazing, we loved the grilled mushrooms and the cheese with tomato jam! Also the desserts are to die for! We will definitely revisit in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best restaurant we tested in Greece so far ! Try the cheese with the tomato jam it is one of the best appetizer. Food is really not expensive at all. It is a really nice family restaurant. The menu is in Greek but everything was explained in English. Efkaristo !

The food seemed very local and genuine and our host even treated us to different desserts on the house just so that we could try everything. A great experience and really worth the drive up to Episkope for :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Real good traditional cretan food with a twist. The food is excellent and the welcome warm and friendly, the prices are good. You will amazed of the quality of the food, the chef is great. Well worth the detour. Highly recommended. Every time we have been there, it was a pleasure.

Only one…two photos and no one from the dishes ;-)
I would recommend you come here and discover the Cretan cuisine. The appetizers are really great, delicious…so we must come back to try the mains :-D
And last but not least: the host/service let you feel to be really welcome!
…and really at least and not to forget - the desserts. You must try the Cretan desserts!
