★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μείναμε πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένοι! Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άμεση και τα κρύσταλλα για τις δύο ντουζιέρες μπάνιου που παραγγείλαμε ήταν έτοιμα νωρίτερα από το αναμενόμενο. Επαγγελματισμός, γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση και άρτιο αποτέλεσμα! ?
 We were very happy! The service was immediate and the crystals for the two bath showers we ordered were ready earlier than expected. Professionalism, fast service and even result! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrific experience - Mr Gastouniotis came to survey our apartment to install bathroom crystal and on the same day took a down payment of 100€, promising the crystals would be installed by the following week Tuesday/Wednesday. We got no phone call or news from him by Wednesday, and only on Thursday he called to casually ask "how are things?" He then said he'd call us back to confirm if his staff would come for the installation on the day - the call never came and his colleagues showed up at the door unannounced. They then proceeded to show us a completely different set-up of crystals as compared to what was shown and promised to us initially when Mr Gastouniotis surveyed the bathroom, and informed us that should we proceed with the installation as expected, it would most likely break our bathroom tiles! When we called him back he was the most unprofessional, and quoting him directly, asked us to "go look for someone else who wants to do the job the way you want, and not the way I want." I don't think we will be getting our money back - stay away from this company who does not take any pride in their work!
