★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τους κάλεσα για συντήρηση κλιματιστικού. Η κοπέλα στο τηλέφωνο πολύ επεξηγηματική, μου εξήγησε με κάθε λεπτομέρεια τις διαφορές στις τιμές συντήρησης και τους τρόπους πραγματοποίησης. Αφού έκλεισα ραντεβού ήρθαν και όχι απλά τα καθάρισαν τα κλιματιστικά αλλά πραγματικά τα έκαναν καλύτερα και από καινούργια . Μπράβο σας συνεχίστε έτσι. Θα σας ξανά προτιμήσουμε και θα σας συστήσουμε σίγουρα ευχαριστούμε πολύ.
 I called them for air conditioner maintenance. The girl on the phone very explanatory, explained to me in detail the differences in maintenance prices and ways of making. After I made an appointment, they came and not only cleaned the air conditioners but they really did better than new ones. Well done, keep it up. We will prefer you again and will definitely recommend you thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικός επαγγελματίας, απλή συντήρηση air-condition την οποία πρότεινε ο ίδιος επιτόπου όταν θα μπορούσε θεωρητικά να μου πει για εκτεταμένη συντήρηση (παπαγαλάκι; αν το λεω σωστα) για να εξασφαλίσει και περισσότερα χρήματα. Γρήγορος, ευθυς, επαγγελματίας. Σίγουρα θα τον προτιμήσω ξανά και ήδη τον έχω προτείνει και σε άλλους.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τους παραγγειλα ένα κλιματιστικό το είχαν σε καλή τιμή . Ήταν άψογη στο ραντεβού τους πολύ καθαροί και ευγενικοί.. οι δε τιμές τους πολύ καλές και ανταγωνιστικές..τους συστήνω οπωσδήποτε για κλιματισμό και ψυγεία
I ordered an air conditioner and they had it at a good price. They were impeccable in their appointment, very clean and polite .. and their prices are very good and competitive .. I definitely recommend them for air conditioning and refrigerators

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χρειάστηκα να απευθυνθώ στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα για την τοποθέτηση καινούργιου κλιματιστικού (18.000) και την αφαίρεση αποξήλωση παλαιότερου (12.000). Είχα μελετήσει αρκετά τη διαδικασία και γνώριζα κάποια πράγματα από το εγχειρίδιο που παρέθετε ο κατασκευαστής. Επομένως εκανα συγκεκριμένες ερωτήσεις στους εγκαταστάτες. Είχα προηγουμένως επικοινωνήσει με άλλους τρεις τεχνικούς, Οι οποίοι δε με κάλυψαν ως προς τις τεχνικές εγκατάστασης, σε αντίθεση με το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα.
Μίλησα με την γραμματεία του καταστήματος η οποία ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική Και μου ανέφερε το κόστος, το οποίο είναι στο μέσο ορο της αγοράς, καθώς και την διαθεσιμότητα των ραντεβού. Το συνεργείο ήταν ευγενικό κ άφησε σε γενικές γραμμές στο χώρο καθαρό, ενώ η διαδικασία ήταν σύντομη! Έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένος και σίγουρα θα το πρότεινα, όπως ήδη έχω κάνει στο κύκλο μου.
Η εγκατάσταση έγινε προ δύο μηνών και μέχρι σήμερα δεν έχω κανένα πρόβλημα! ΥΓ Μια συμβουλή: Φροντίστε να κλείσετε νωρίς το ραντεβού σας, καθώς ο φόρτος είναι αρκετά μεγάλος.
I had to go to the specific store for the installation of a new air conditioner (18,000) and the removal and dismantling of an older one (12,000). I had studied the process a lot and knew some things from the manual quoted by the manufacturer. So I asked specific questions to the installers. I had previously contacted three other technicians, who did not cover me in terms of installation techniques, unlike this particular store.
I spoke with the store clerk who was very helpful and told me the cost, which is the market average, and the availability of appointments. The workshop was polite and generally left the area clean, while the process was short! I was very happy and would definitely recommend it, as I have already done in my cycle.
The installation was done two months ago and until today I have no problem! PS A tip: Make sure you book your appointment early, as the workload is quite large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I initially contacted KS cooling to come and check my very old air-conditioning unit for the possibility of heating throughout the winter of 2020. Kostas came, saw how old it was, and decided to not bother charging me. This stuck in my mind because it really does indicate the values and ethos of the company in the sense that some things matter more than just taking your money. This is a rarity in Greece. For that reason, when it came to replacing my unit, KS cooling were at the forefront of my mind. Kostas guided me in where to choose an air-conditioning unit, and when it came to installation Kostas and his team were quick and efficient. The whole process to less than an hour. I would highly recommend this company for all of your air-conditioning needs.
