★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στην 1η επίσκεψη έκανε λάθος διάγνωση σε πλυντήριο ρούχων και το επισκεύασε άλλος τεχνίτης.
Την 2η φορά αρνήθηκε να επισκευάσει ηλεκτρική σκούπα ενώ βρισκόταν σε εγγύηση λέγοντας μας ότι δεν έχει κανένα πρόβλημα αλλά ούτε δίνοντας μας και χαρτί για αυτά που μας έλεγε!
On the first visit he made a wrong diagnosis in a washing machine and it was repaired by another craftsman.
The 2nd time he refused to repair a vacuum cleaner while he was on warranty telling us that he has no problem but also not giving us paper for what he told us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έμεινα παρα πολύ ευχαριστημένη από την αγορά μου, αλλά κυρίως από την εξυπηρέτηση. Η κοπέλα που με εξυπηρέτησε ειναι η υπάλληλος που κάθε εργοδότης θέλει να έχει. Έψαξε το κατάλληλο προϊόν για εμενα και με ενημέρωνε διαρκώς για την εξέλιξη της αναζήτησής της μέχρι και την αποστολή του δέρματος. Σίγουρα θα πρότεινα το κατάστημα σε όποιον χρειαζόταν ανταλλακτικά για οικιακές συσκευές.
