The remote control of the air-conditioning unit was not working properly and it took a whole day and more than three visits to the reception desk to find out what the problem was and solve it (=change the batteries). In the closet there was a used & crambled sheet, probably from a former guest... Απαντώντας στην απάνηση του ιδιοκτήτη ------------------------ Response from the owner 2 days ago: Συγνώμη για όλη την αναστάτωση αλλά θα ήθελα να σας επισημάνω πως ήταν 3μερο αποκριάς το ξενύχτι ήταν ξέφρενο η καμαριέρα χτυπούσε τις πόρτες,αλλά δεν πήρε απάντηση. Θα πρέπει όταν γράφετε σχόλια να γράφετε πως σας έγινε έκπτωση από την τιμή του δωματίου.......και ζητήσαμε και συζήτησαμε το θέμα και πίστευα πως έληξε εκείνη την μέρα.Παντως σας ευχαριστώ πολύ που δεν γράψατε και κάποια θετικά σχόλια.Αλλα μάλλον όταν έχεις το δικαίωμα να σχολιάσεις θυμάστε μόνο τα δυσάρεστα. Ευχαριστώ πολύ Το τηλ.στην διάθεσης σας το έχει ο Λευτέρης. ---------------------------- Απ' όσο γνωρίζουμε όταν η καμαριέρα δεν παίρνει απάντηση, μπαίνει στο δωμάτιο και καθαρίζει (και σίγουρα δεν μέναμε στο δωμάτιο μέχρι το μεσημέρι παρά φεύγαμε νωρίς για πρωινό και άλλες δραστηριότητες - ούτε συνέβη να μας χτυπήσει και να της πούμε να περάσει αργότερα). Εξάλλου η ίδια η καμαριέρα ανέφερε ότι είχε εντολή να μην καθαρίσει την πρώτη ημέρα (για ποιο λόγο δεν καθάρισε ούτε τη δεύτερη δεν γνωρίζουμε). Προσωπικά δεν ενημερωθήκαμε για κάποια έκπτωση εκ των υστέρων ούτε λάβαμε κάποια επιστροφή χρημάτων. Και εάν η έκπτωση είχε γίνει εκ των προτέρων, αυτό σημαίνει ότι το τίμημα της έκπτωσης θα ήταν ο μη καθαρισμός των δωματίων; Αρνητικά σημεία υπήρχαν και άλλα αλλά δεν τα αναφέραμε... Δεν ζητάμε πολυτέλειες, παρά τα στοιχειώδη για μια ευχάριστη και ευπρεπή διαμονή. Ούτως ή άλλως στην ουσία το δωμάτιο μας "έβλεπε" για τον βραδινό ύπνο και ένα μπάνιο. Ναι, υπήρχαν και θετικά σημεία, όπως η ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα της κυρίας που ήταν στην υποδοχή, η οποία όμως δεν ήταν η υπεύθυνη του ξενοδοχείου, και το γεγονός ότι αυτό βρίσκεται στη Χώρα του νησιού. Θα προτείναμε λίγη αυτοκριτική και επαγγελματισμό, αφήνοντας στην άκρη την ειρωνεία. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπελεγα Very good location ... Close to the center of the country and to all the shops. Mrs. Elena is very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely choose it again

Αξίζει για όσους θέλουν τη βόλτα τους το βραδι στα μαγαζιά της χώρας η οποία έχει ζωή και κίνηση μέχρι αργά!! Εξαιρετικη και φιλόξενη εξυπηρέτηση!! Ειδικά από την Κυρια Ελένη πάντα με το χαμόγελο!! Υ. Γ. Πάντα μας περίμενε θέση πάρκινγκ! Value for money!! IDEAL location just a few meters from the center of the country !!! It is worth it for those who want their walk at night in the shops of the country which has life and traffic until late !! Excellent and hospitable service !! Especially from Mrs. Eleni always with a smile !! PS There was always a parking space waiting for us! Value for money !!
G	George Bitsakos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχαμε συμφωνήσει για δωμάτιο με 2 μπάνια, τελικά μας έδωσαν ένα με 1 μπάνιο και τιμή 160 τη μέρα!! Ζεστό νερό είχε μόνο το μεσημέρι με έναν ηλιακό της πλάκας που όταν έκανε ένα άτομο μπάνιο αυτό εξαντλούνταν και για την υπόλοιπη μέρα και το επόμενο πρωί το νερό ήταν κρύο. Επιπρόσθετα, το λούκι του μπάνιου πλημμύρισε και γέμισε νερά όλο το σαλόνι και το υπνοδωμάτιο με αποτέλεσμα να μουσκέψουν οι βαλίτσες και όλα τα πράγματα μας. Το μόνο θετικό είναι ότι είναι δίπλα στην παραλία. Γενικά κακή εμπειρία. We had agreed on a room with 2 bathrooms, finally they gave us one with 1 bathroom and a price of 160 per day !! It had hot water only at noon with a solar panel that when a person took a bath it was exhausted for the rest of the day and the next morning the water was cold. In addition, the gutter of the bathroom flooded and filled the entire living room and bedroom with water, resulting in soaking our suitcases and all our belongings. The only positive thing is that it is next to the beach. Generally a bad experience.
