A really great place to stay

Very warm....aweaone place to stay

Excellent place, value for money! Highly recommended.

We visited in the summer nice and clean rooms and the quiet was phenomenal. Good service and prices.

Autumn in Elati is magical, the views of the mountains the colours the sound of the running water in every corner. Coming back from wandering in the woods to the warm and cozy rooms of Mikri Arktos (ursa minor) was a treat. We booked the room after a recommendation by a friend for its quality and good price and we weren't deceived. Double room with a comfortable size bed with its own chimney and a bathroom with jacuzzi. The room was squeaky clean with central heating all 24hrs and plenty of wood for the chimney. The breakfast was a real treat with preserves made from all types of local fruit from the owner's mom Mrs Anastasia, eggs, bread and not least the pie (spanakopita!). We had spinach but they change everyday, and kek (bundt cake) ? all made by hand. The hotel is in a quiet part of the village away from any noise coming from the road or anywhere but the koziakas birds. The room was awash in sunshine all day (second day treat!) so we took advantage of Nasos and Andreas advise (always available and helpful) and made a walk in the woods in Pertuli. All days (and they seem very few now) ended up in a gargantuan feast (also Naso's advise) but we'll talk more about this in other posts. This hidden gem of scenery in the middle of Greece is worth every second of your time!

Nice room but very cold. The heating was not enough. It was not possible to sit in the living room. For a winter destination it is not acceptable. The room as such was nice and spacious but without heating not possible to appreciate it.

Everything was perfect,. Andreas in the reception was a very nice person and always was ready to give us informations where to go and what to do in the area and the nearby vilages. The rooms were very clean and the heating was perfect. We also had a very nice breakfast with fresh marmalade home made and Everything you wish to have. Very nice hotel quite with very nice view. The room was OK but their customer experience was horrible the reception gentleman was rude not smiling or pleasant at all. Also, we rented a fireplace room and our firewood was not updated. We were only able to use the fireplace only one out of the four days that we stayed. Such a pity because the surroundings were amazing and the natural beauty of this part of Greece was amazing. Please remember that when people are traveling they want to have nice experiences with heartwarming people that are looking forward to be welcome their guests. Please improve your services.
